Anatomy of pun intended

Tears,
morning dew descended..
Rain,
Swept it across the river
You..
Cry a bucket.
washing ashore the salty stream of your heart.
It's powerful
It's refreshing
especially
with the believe
nothing happen without it
You risk it all
no matter what may come.

Recap 2010

I did this religiously every year and I think it is important that I do it every year...

Just finish reading past few years recap.. damn.. was my life a discolor or something this year..

well... as I told Khoo's fren the other da.. it was about 30% colour 70% B&W for 2010..

1) The beginning of the year seems to be good as I thought I would get a good head start with my new found love and relationship. Well.. it didn't last of course and it was a good learning experience.
Some memories are good and sweet and some are not so good.

2) I am the most lazy at work for 2010.. WTF...Well, work harder 2011..

3) I did lotsa running and cycling activities and events.. All are just not what I planned for.. anyway it happen lotsa of it right after my break off..

4) Fuck the century ride.. cramp like hell.. double fuck the Broga hill ride.. triple the torturous cramp and where is my medal?

5) I finished quite a few decent runs and 3 half marathon.

6) Am happy I finally purchase a phone and a camera that is good for all outdoor conditions.

7) Hypertension manifestation that cause my nose blood vein to rupture.. could have took my life..That was really spooky.

8) My circles of running frens and facebook running ppl increases.. hmm.. birds of the same feathers they said.

9) Glad some of my frens pick up running and cycling.

Well..lotsa other things are quite mediocre.. how tasteless.. I will revenge next year by making it more interesting next year!!

Let's recall some memories

These are the medals at hand.. except for the 2009 PD tri.. the rest happen this year. Some races only got certs or due to the fact that I wasn't fast enuff to beat to get the limited medals.. hmm..there is one Broga medal which I feel I so righteously deserve is not here.. ah well..shit happen.. let it be let it be..
*This is my 3 half marathon ran this year. The first is being Setia eco run, which I did run well. Thanks to the rain as well. Then standard chartered which I suffered a stitch and came in 5 minutes later than the Setia record... prolly too much water and my fault for eating hearty porridge breakfast. Then the Penang marathon that I managed to change to half due to my hypertension. That was the walk run lah.. a lazy run indeed..
* This 3 will be memorable medals as I did this with my ex. Well, we did ran another two other races together that gave only cert.
Now the left medal is PD tri 2009 relay which I DNF at the swim due to bad flu.. then the next square one is the relay we done this year..
The two bronze medals are relay for Powerman which I did both the running leg and Lam cycle. Well, forever remember the second leg running under the hot scorching sun with Khoo the lethal boot camp sergeant "motivating" all the way. That was fun...

Yes!! I did my first virgin cycling century ride ever on 1st August. A really good one and will be forever remembered..Nice medal too
These are few of the grassroots run.. nice medals of all different shape.. Klang pacer's medal stand out to be fine crafted and beautiful indeed. and u got a momento of figurine instead of medal for the Nike 10km run.
This is hooha 5km which I thought I could run over to run this race after the Nike run.. but get over there oredi ppl almost finish the run.. and the goodie bag got the medal.. so nice lah as a 10.10.10 momento medal.. hehe..
This one.. this one is a beast... I ran 31km for this and really kaput after 7 hours. Did another 1km to keep Mr. Lam motivated.. so total should be 32km lah..Hehe..

This is a beast because I still am yet to recover after 16 days of walking like a cripple and cost me a bomb to see doctor. Well, I will definitely be back for revenge next year and wise up a little bit..

Nokia 3720

I bought the Nokia 3720 from Thailand during my recent working trip there. It wasn't really a pleasant experience and surprisingly for the first tiem I dint even massage in Thailand. How unusual. All thanks to the Melaka walk which left my left leg really cripple. It got so bad since last Tuesday..

and on Thursday I finally succumb and went to pharmacy and bought the medicine and trip and bang so loud that the security guard came and check me out. Then he insisted I the wheelchair.. Sitting on a wheelchair and make myself thru to the food court. What a perculiar experience that is!! Nevertheless it was kind of fun..ahaha..

So at least I got this phone that I was looking up and down for. It wasn't available in Malaysia sadly. It is a simple phone.. only thing is this is a tough phone which surprisingly doesn't seems to package like one that is rugged. Straightforward.. There yellow sideline are not available and only this grey plain one is available ania. No choice....at least it it dustproof, waterproof and drop proof with passing the IE85 standard.

I did a test myself on the first day and put it in the basin tab that is fill with at least 8cm of water..Perfect!!

Then Lam put it into the ice-water bucket and somehow the fogging does slip in to the inside panel. Took me awhile with the hair dryer to dry it out.. but still work great!!

Now next to the pic is my beloveth Nokia 5130 which gave way on 21 Nov during Penang half Marathon. Couldn't revive it due to heavy rain. Maybe I could send to for a quick fix and see how much it cost. At least it did last me a year...

So now I could do my outdoor without much worry for weather condition on my phone and camera.. hehe..

Check out how it was abuse in youtube and yes... it was run over by car too to test it durability..

Hopefully this phone will last me along time.... Let see how tough it could go..

EE JI BAN RESTAURANT AT MELAKA RAYA

Now I hardly comment about food that is really bad.. just ignore it..but this this one..

ITS LIKE PUTTING SHIT INTO YOUR MOUTH!!!!!!!!!!!!

that is how digusting I felt about this two weeks ago when I was down for the 12 hours Melaka walk. Was jam for like 2 hours plus from the Ayer Keroh toll. Walking to Jonker street is not an option as we are kind of running out of time as we parked in Melaka Raya.

So I told Lam we should just eat here. Of course Ole sayang and Makko offer a good choice for Nyonya dishes but we would want to skip it due to the walk we have to endure the whole night.

A simple chicken rice balls will cut the deal as Lam had never tried before. Therefore we saw this heavily self promoted chicken rice ball shop and decided to give it a shot.

It got halal cert. ler... There weren't much ppl coming here to eat. and later those that pop in are mostly first timer by the way they ask questions and looking at the menu.

I tell u.. I had the most lousiest Melaka Rice ball to date.. Really cannot eat one!! The chicken are cremation-ready... smack it so thin.. you wouldnt believe how long have this chicken been kept!! and cold as ice.. Really go try and see!! If you strike 3 millions in lottery and decided how your day could be spoilt at the same time. Go eat this restaurant stuff.

We ordered individual dishes of vegetable and also sambal prawn petai.

You know usually for that kind of price they charge.. Those dish got to be freshly cook here and then as the same we dine in most chinese restaurant disregard it is halal or not as from chinese culinary. This one the vege was precook and like those economic rice one. and charge us the premium price. This is too much man!!

The petai sambal prawn.. yucks!! Wanna puke man the petai.. The prawn also not fresh oredi.. u can chew the lemikness to the max!! WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Really spoilt nyonya cuisine.

In fact when the waitress came and give us the balance of change. I told her to tell the boss about all our comment. I told her I had never eaten Melaka chicken rice ball as worst as this.

It self promoting shitty marketing really a big phony!!

So if you decided to make ur nightmare as worst as it can.. come and eat lah at this EE JI BAN restaurant!!

I am truly humiliated by such lousy cuisine that is authentically Melaka.. Shame of you!!

Awesome book!!

Running book has been quite a bored subject as bored as the motion of running itself. It is repetitive and as one of the book in the Bible that keep on saying there is nothing new under the sun.

Bingham really get me into Penguin mode and mediocre stuff so its got this bad image of running book slam on my face everytime I try to figure out which running book to get. Well, u might argue Karno stuff.. it will kick you to admire that Greek fler and wanted to be like him.

But I am talking about writing stuff that is editor-love-story-telling thingy. Apart from that, about wandering into more that routine stuff.. spiritual and the holistic history of running make you easy and confidence in running. Despite whether it will advocate you to barefoot running or not, this book will take you into a fresh paradigm that hit you so hard that you wouldn't know it by the time you flip the next page. It knock and inject into your subconscious like a subliminal tape. Yup, you gotta have the passion for running to identify the depth of this book... IMHO of course.

There are still 100 pages to chew thru and I hope Chris McDougall has more of his flashy story style twice of that of Malcolm Gladwell will come out with more.

It a book you would not want to miss at all if you found so much in running and joy in doing it.

It's kinda like lapping the timeline for next greater height for human in running history.

I think this book is cooking up the volume like never before and Kinokuniya has 1000% more copies than the other running book or similar sports stuff.

It will tame your wildest imagination and let it make sense and I-knew-it and I-told-you-so if you always have this ultimate cracking zen to certain running doubts or answers.

Get a copy and your brain will love it for it with the soul refreshing reading.

Alternative to Powerbar or powergel

Ok.. I am not following the mainstream for refuelling anymore. Avoiding all unnecessary caffeine and process sugar in the powergel. So just got this recipe from Brendan Brazer as a direct fuel bite. There are few other recipes as well which I do not have the time to make. So for this one I do not have the coconut oil to substitute.

Went to Carrefour and scout around. There only have ORGANIC Virgin coconut oil which the price might equivalent to rocket fuel. So I think I will get some other brand somewhere else .. perhaps from Masjid India or what. Well, guess what.. I substitute it with extra virgin olive oil. Anyway, I also put in the pulps together not just the zest.. :p

It suppose to be put into a food processor.. but I only have blender lah.. well not as smooth but edible.. Put in the freezing fridge now. So will pop it half way point during the race tomorrow.. hope I wont end up in the toilet... hehe...

Broga here we come tomorrow!!

Well.. here is the recipe :-

Klang Run for IT 4...

The making of Tai Lin Ngong statue..
Lost 3.9
at the starting line..men category go first.. and this lady here kinda mix up her gender..
gempak dengan medalnye ... Ini lah ragam manusia.. manis di bibir... katernye.... uhukuhuk..
* Well, you could find images similar to this in the Mao's chinese cultural revolution RMB bill those day... wonder what is really meant those day..
Mr. Lam is a happy man.. having earnt his so call first blood and sweat medal. I tell u the mother was quite happy that he got the medal wei.. Mrs. Lam-wannabe here is no different lah.. having clock 1:27 really pia kaw kaw lat!!!
While Elaine decided to BKT with his friend..me and Lam decided that BKT two days in a row for middle-aged men like us is a little bit too exhausting.. ahaha.. so went to 五条巷to savvy the food recommended by Ashley...one of the dish here.. so next round gonna get her out to order more.. too bad the sotong marmite tak ade...

Running somewhere far require you to wake up wee hour in the morning. So that you get to adjust yourselves, having a light breakfast for energy... getting the mind ready and bit early to avoid what is unforeseen.

So we and Elaine left at 4am and meet Lam at SS2 for a quickie at McD. I quit fastfood totally unless there are no other choice in life anymore.. so chomp the avocado and tomato giap wholegrain bread.. perfect energizing food... eating it at McD without ordering any stuff from them...the only thing I can think of to eat in McD these day is the salad.. oh wait.. is there a salad?.. ahaha

We rode off and the event start from the Stadium. Race start off on time!! Really good!! I forgot my Garmin that morning.. WTF..how could that happen? It is my first race after my high B.P. coming out from hospital. It an ok run since I had run twice last weeks covering 4km and 10km which is good..and the ph diet does help to recover faster. In fact, there are so few L.A. in the leg now. Am still comparing brendan post run recover stuff and also his natural powergel to be use on race. One thing for sure.... 1.2 lit of alkaline water with one lemon squeeze in is perfect recipe for hydration. Now gonna snoop up some recipe for sodium during the long run.

It really took off at km 7 onwards where burning fat as fuel leaving me no panting at all.. For the first time I am breathing smoothly.. beautiful renaissance... Now when I shed this extra 25kgs..I will be trigger happy to run anywhere I guess.

Elaine is doing not too bad herself after hibernating since the last Newton run. Young ppl always have the extra edge.. Sigh.. really kowtow to them.. louyeh 101 jor..damn it..

Mr. Lam finally got his first medal that is out of sweat and blood which he totally despise the 10!10!10! race as an insult to his adrenalin rush.. cayalah.. more to come.. Someday you could have that belt buckle of Western state under your shirt? :p

oK... time to continue indulge in my lonely planet magazine asia...

Payback time!!! It's ain't no punches from Clausius Clay..

Everybody, soon or late, sits down to a banquet of consequences.
Robert Louis Stevenson

Sorry for the lack of update... was recently BEEN thru some interesting phase in life!!!

Two weeks ago after the Nike run.. that night had a late dinner with Lam.. the nose started to bleed.. I thought it could just be some dehydration stuff or body being heaty as I have been sleeping damn EARLY in the morning.

So just ignore it.. then middle of the night.. the blood seems to be coming... thru the right nose...

So just put tissues and ignore it..

Then it happen again on Monday.. its kind of extraordinary.. middle of the night also the blood keep coming.. WTF....its not the ordinary bloody stuff.. keep gushing like hell's blood.. lotsa of... flow like pipe water dripping..

So on Tuesday.. I went to take some chinese herbal to cool myself down. It did stop only for awhile.. That evening it came again.. so I laid to rest before going to my boss dad's funeral ceremony.

At the ceremony ..it bleed again.. so I left early.. and the image of the lady in the MTV of TONGHUA bleeding keep coming..WTF.. is this some terminal stuff or what.. So I checked into the cheap myhome hotel near my house and spend a night as the weather is hot.. Thinking it could cool myself and stop the bleeding.. No it did not..at 3am.. I was looking at the mirror ..and pinching my nose as hard as I can.. it kind of like ghost movie.. the blood keep coming.. endlessly.. So finally heard the alarm ringing..

oFF I went to Hospital KL.. and the doctor gave me some medicine to numb it and ask me to come in the morning for the specialist clinic.. ENT.. ear nose and throat... advised me to come in 7:30..coz lotsa ppl wor.. oh the blood pressure was pretty high!!

So I went back to hotel and sleep.. could felt the blood flowing from my nostril thru my lung bit by bit.. this is no good.. I slept until 10 plus and try to take out the tissues..WTF.. it bleed even more... so shower up and stuck the toilet paper in my nose.. almost used up the whole roll of it. Then I drove to hospital and went to ENT.. wtf..LOTSA lotsa ppl.. but due to my conditions.. they straight away asked me to the surgery room.

Was asked to remove the tissues.. and blood gushing out again! was given the ice pack!! it was about almost half an hour before all subside.. and was taken blood pressure.. I never bother to read or understand about blood pressure anyway.. then another lady came in also same fate as me.. wow.. also nose bleed and was given the ice pack. Ahahaha.. so in an hour the doctor came.. put this 10 inches plus scope thingy in my nose.. wow..that was rather uncomfortable.. they were like mechanics grinding thru all the corner and discussing whatever nostril holes blah blah.. yucks.. and it was confirm I have hypertension!! The cause of it that rupture my vein and cause the bleeding..

So I was immediately warded lah. and cannot balik.. hmm.. how to cook up some story to tell my mum.. well.. but that part was being taken care of lah as I was season out of sudden outstation fler.. Hehehe.. mum had hypertension and crack her knee cap two weeks before that.. so would not want to alert anyone.

So I spend a good few days here at ward with no air-cond.. but it was fine.. lotsa fine young nurses attending... :p... the best part about this young nurses.. 4 times drawing blood 8 holes in both my hands.. Opps.. every time have to do it again. .The initial poking was done by a young chap in ENT.. he actually poke my bone.. and the bone kinda sticking out.. wow.. that was interesting.. ahaha.. whatever lah..

But overall the service of Hospital Kuala Lumpur had improved so much.. There are more doctors these day and staff and rather efficient and friendly I would say. I hope they keep up the service!! Two thumbs up and plenty of room for improvement. Then there was this dietitian doctor.. SYT..SYT..SYT.. advising me of diet.. and I was given the full attention and vice vesa OF COURSE...

Was rather freaky when i was so bored and browsing thru the internet on my tiny nokia phone to find out more about hypertension.. damn it.. it was no joke.. I could already develop pre-hypertension for sometime now.

ECG.. XRAY.. blah blah.. blah.. blood pressure was taken almost like 6 - 8 times a day.

surging up and down... sigh.. what do u expect.. after years of indulgence and bad habits.

So the number 1 killer.. outside food with high procees salt/sodium and MSG.. no wonder so many ppl are diagnose with that..
No 2 for me is work tension which I guess I does not manage it well... My fault...

No.3 late night sleep or early early morning sleep..

Thanks to my bunch of cohorts who visited me at the hospital.. Thanks to Alan, Lam, Teresa and Derrick.. who took the trouble to get stuff for me.. Thanks a lot guys..

Thanks to the klang runners ppl that keep calling me and asking of my welfare. I am touched and keeping myself well now.

Doctor said I was rather lucky that I did not had the rupture on the brain.. like the old man across my bed there.. else I could caught stroke.. walau eh.. The guy next to me even had this tube in his nose.. his bleeding was even more severe!! Was there for a week plus.. and only a day before I was discharge he got his tube clear off.. and he have to breath thru his mouth only.. pathetic..

yEA.. I am damn lucky...and lucky not to get stroke...

So lotsa thinking in the hospital... and stamp and seal some decisions.

Well.. I had been practising alkaline diet 90% of the time now. Steam and cook my meal at home. Unless it was some obligatory or gathering will I eat outside food now.

It was a rather amazing diet. lost 7kgs in a week even without exercising. This is really good stuff.. but gotta keep alkaline food up to 90% of the time. I think I begin to like this diet now.. Felt much stronger and happy. The mucus has been really really thinning and no more coughing now from the acidic bowel. No more inflammation in the stomach. In fact last Saturday I could ride that Putrajaya hill without much panting though could feel the blood pressure is still on the high side..

No more late sleep and manage work well.

So I guess my next appointment with the Hospital obesity department this early December should not be much of a problem.

So everyone.. keep your blood pressure check frequently.. and it one of those silent killer where it do it to you quietly.. Spooky to find lotsa friends are on medications for long term now even ppl as early as mid 20s.. This is wrong man.. Luckily I does not succumb to drinking or smoking.. or else I could tapau at the hospital arrival hall that day..

Ok.. goodnite everyone.

Prerogatively saying

A few months ago I was trying to pick myself up from a failed relationship.. Perhaps I should not say fail.. There is so much to learn and I guess along the way after that I does adopt some funny thinking ideas which is going nowhere..

There were no calmness and peace in my soul. I was devastatingly lost to some degree.. hanging late at night dunno what and also shifting gear to sports and do it with mediocrity. But that mediocrity does translate to something else and better and rambling in devastation.. nah.. i am not that kind that rumble shit and dwell in it.

Only somehow last week the mind become clear and that peace is beginning to come again and that happiness.

Perhaps a switch to a new diet does help a lot.. physiologically changes does affect a lot on the inside.. more than u can imagine.

For the first time, I does not crave meat at much and began to find the joy and fun of eating more green!! and felt so much better and positive!! what and effect that was!!

Something snap when that one or two things that I want to achieve began as a dream which challenge me to go get it. Now I am really happy and passionate about it.

So the joy of putting the timeline and looking at alternative to do it in all sense come to power now.

The most important thing is always be happy and calm and that sense of peace in doing it.

So hopefully this one or two goals that I am determined to achieve will peel off some other elements to let me see other areas of my life that I want to go get now!!

its fun and I am happy now!!

and this song from The Boss himself came perfectly timely now.. you can't start a fire without a spark!!

DANCING IN THE DARK..
I get up in the evening
and I ain't got nothing to say
I come home in the morning
I go to bed feeling the same way
I ain't nothing but tired
Man I'm just tired and bored with myself
Hey there baby, I could use just a little help

You can't start a fire
You can't start a fire without a spark
This gun's for hire
even if we're just dancing in the dark

Message keeps getting clearer
radio's on and I'm moving 'round the place
I check my look in the mirror
I wanna change my clothes, my hair, my face
Man I ain't getting nowhere
I'm just living in a dump like this
There's something happening somewhere
baby I just know that there is

You can't start a fire
you can't start a fire without a spark
This gun's for hire
even if we're just dancing in the dark

You sit around getting older
there's a joke here somewhere and it's on me
I'll shake this world off my shoulders
come on baby this laugh's on me

Stay on the streets of this town
and they'll be carving you up alright
They say you gotta stay hungry
hey baby I'm just about starving tonight
I'm dying for some action
I'm sick of sitting 'round here trying to write this book
I need a love reaction
come on now baby gimme just one look

You can't start a fire sitting 'round crying over a broken heart
This gun's for hire
Even if we're just dancing in the dark
You can't start a fire worrying about your little world falling apart
This gun's for hire
Even if we're just dancing in the dark
Even if we're just dancing in the dark
Even if we're just dancing in the dark
Even if we're just dancing in the dark
Hey baby

Alkaline vs acidic

The newly installed Panasonic Alkaline ionizer and the ciplak biocera that my mum bought... :p
Panasonic even provide a small bottle of ph water test indicator.. two drops and viola.. now this is from the new alkaline ionizer... so we got a ph 9.5 here... good water for drinking.
now this is from the BIOCERA thingy that goes at ph7...

Water master does sell Alkaline water bottle commercially. It claimed ph8.5 - 9.00 and the nice label of PH9 on the bottle. Sold at 2.20 a pop for 500ml..

Damn.. it was good.. I felt so good after drinking it.

So I was thinking of getting a alkaline water ionizer.. Dr. Young encourage a 1 litre per 20 pounds of weight for those who wanna reduce weight lah.. so its up to 8 litres a day of water.. WTF!! that's load of H20 man..

Anyway, house does have a biocera thingy and I know this barang only soso ania lah..

Was comparing lotsa it and the one Dr. Young selling can buy a secondhand wira!!

So there is the Jupiter and other local brands.. all in the range of RM2800 - RM 3500

and canggih feature like OCR and whatever lah..

Anyway.. was putting lotsa thoughts.. rm3k ..that's gonna hurt.. hurt real bad..

so cheaper alternative.. is the Panasonic thingy.. which I am browsing thru.. and Panny saw a huge prospect and saw some roadshow online which promote alkaline ionizer..

Weighting the options.... and also putting into considerations the wheelset I wanted to get...

Wheelset? You dont need one now.. You need to promise urself to get down to 75kgs then we talk about it..

Alkaline water? You need it.. general health and for sports elevations and much more.

So called up Panasonic and get the details and head down to PJ and grab the new model which is at promotion.. free additional one unit of filter cart.. at least for one and a half year liddat i tak payah worry about filter lah.. filter is sold at RM259.00.. so if 1799 - 259 = 1540 for the unit lah.. :p... damn... I am playing cheapskate again... :p

Well.. lets see how 8 litres a day gonna make me feel yea...

Sign up of 12 hours Malacca walk

I used to think this is quite a nut case.

Anyway, I want to see how it is like to walk for 12 hours in an organize event. Sure it could be quite fun..

sO head down to OCM to register before I change my mind..

The whole month of November weekend will be all fill -up if I decided to join the Broga Race on 7 November lah..

For sure this event YOU WILL NEVER WALK ALONE..

My Trek-o new stuff...

mY front tyre gave way.. yup.. it had gone bengkak already..anyway.. there were some pecah pecah.. so I got it cheap into the Maxxis detonator which is slightly fatter than the previous racing stuff.. at least the puncture resistant is better gua.. lets see how this tyre gonna fair...
Finally got myself a new SIGMA meter.. the previous Cateyes with cadence meter cinya sucks.. mati awal... like hamster like that.. die early cant take the load... :p....

Sigma tend to have bigger screen and the kiasu size DIGIT is excellent.. but the only sore things are the button which is not that friend to access as you are riding on the road. Can't afford a wireless ler..

At least this new version is better than the previous with rubber access button which not so friendly for outdoor especially when the rubber became sticky and wear off...

Souled-Out Hartamas Sunday nite with Mr. Khoo..

This is my cup of ICE-lemon tea and next to it is faithful sir arthur drink for khoo... as he is busy talking to two ladies that decide to join us from the next table. I am not sure whether Khoo got lucky that night or not...

Last Sunday.. as usual it suppose to be Khoo obligatory nite to eat at iN-law house.. Since I know Khoo.. he had seems to be like pronounce dead sentence of his in-law cooking. Even Pornthip cannot do anything about it after the post-mortem for his case.

Last Sunday he decided he want to eat REAL FOOD!!

So dunno where to go..then last last he picked Souled out hARTamas..

Mind you.. I had pass by Souled out many times but I had not even dine there even once.. :p

So I get to dine and chat with Mr. Khoo.. he seems to be quite on runners high after the morning 25km training run. which is a good thing able to boost the optimism and keep life vibrant!!

The starter was quite fantastic with satay and chicken wings!! Wow.. its been some time since I come out to hang out and social like this.. blind me..

It is quite awesome couple with lotsa eyes candies!!!!

The two chicks that is at our table already called for second meet-up this week.. no wonder ppl come to Souled Out!! * Incept-ionized explicit implication presence... I am not kidding you!!

So it was also Liverpool Vs MU nite... not a good nite for Liverpool as they have to walk alone all the way out of Old Trafford. At least the scoreboard does entertain most of us instead of mundane ZERO for hERo stuff...

Well Khoo.. I know what you did Last Sunday... :p

I got to go out and be sociable again.. this lockdown gonna turn me into Gollilock and the three bears..

Half a day up Chin Swee temple with Alan and family

This boy smell a girl.. and not quite sure playboy of the year 2025 or not..ekeke.. the daddy is looking on and study them.. who knows few years down the road is the son-in-law..ahaha
some weirdo games organize by the stage mooncake festival celebration event. Throwing dice up there tak cukup.. temple also throw dice.. HUAT AR!!!
OOO.... i LOVE this mist.. especially being so hot in KL!!
This we use to play in funfair lah.. but this one harder.. the probability of striking one is most likely 5 %- 15 % even with the right technique... Me and Alan taruk RM20 for this.. all gone into dust.. satu pun tak kena.. aiseh man... good lesson learnt!
The happy family potrait..
Wish I can FLY!! I believe I can fly.. I believe I can touch the sky..
Somehow I kinda like this shot.
* If I can only run across the skyline... crouching tiger hidden dragon style..
look pinhole effect from my humble ft2
The Film grain effect also can do wei..
another pin hole..
overlooking gohtong jaya and awana in pinhole..
film grain.. kinda classic and bring out the details as perceive by the sensory.
sunset....
sunset further..
top level of the chin swee temple building.. a couple is having a lovely time..
now a piece of Genting Highland at the top.
the tint cast light at dusk reflecting at this shrink mirror..
now.. that is really cute!! She is simply adorable and not like some kid that always play truant to gain attention. Simply easy to handle..
The happy family portrait.. See Alan with that Chow Yuen Fatt smile!!
Dinner at KK sri rAmpai... bapak borek anak rintik... :p

Went up to Genting Chin Swee Temple as invited by Mr. Lim to join with his family lah..

Konon ada tanglung parade... ada memang ada.. but the next day only.. but it is good to catch some air and fell the chill air of Genting Highlands.

hmmm... how I miss Cameron Highland..

Juggling the balls..

Register 3 more races for this year in less than 30 mins.. now thinking should I join Asian Master 10km run or Malacca 12 hours walk?

Most likely Malacca 12 hours walk ler.. hari hari lari 10km ..sien...

Anybody wanna go and walk Melaka??? I belanja nasi ayam bola and cendol gula Melaka..

12 freaking hours... need ppl to walk and chit-chat ler.. else mampus...

this is something fresh and challenging to walk 50km in 12 hours.. how about that?

So still left Genting X-country , melaka walk and malakoff to round it all up for this year!
