Ipoh Pre-Century Ride Ambik bibs number and goodie bag.

A CRV collided with a lorry that carried loads of fruits.. Got melon, apples, so many fruits on the floor.. happened at 35km before Ipoh Exit.
* Sudah tak ada Orang. Reached 6.53pm... the venue is at 11th floor Tower Regency Hotel.

Left about 4:20 pm and tekan 120 - 140 all the way. It was scattered heavy rain along the highway. Had been so long never cruise so fast ler.. The sensation is magnificent.

So at 38km before the reaching Ipoh. Damn! Long jam.. sure accident lah ni.. Then it was not moving at all!!!!

I am not that type that used the emergency lane. So for the first time after many many years.. I turned bad.. cut into the emergency lane and drove all the way for not wanting not able to pick up the bibs number lah..

So for sure enuff bad accident. It wasnt piling up actually.. maybe oredi few cars sudah tow?

So reached the got the stuff and one guy was helpful to introduce me about the race and what I should know.

He like no confidence I could make it like that.. keep telling me that at second check point if dint reach before 11 kena naik lorry..ahaha...

I dont care lah.. naik mah naik lor..

ok..got to get some sleep now..

Just received the New Balance 15k run cert.. walau eh.. canggih jor.. even got photos at the finish line.. maybe later the paper can play the last 30secs clips of the run yea...

Koh's wedding

I dint know his name is Howard..ahaha.. Howard Koh and Stephanie Tan..

Koh is my bicycle seller across the road of my office. I was invited to his wedding yesterday at Selayang Palace.

Koh was my regular Sunday Genting Sempah rider kaki along with the others... it goes on for sometime ler.. Beside than getting bicycle stuff and intro kaki to buy bicycle from him.

Rather good service and nice shy gentleman.

But yesterday that fler after kaw kaw drunk jor.. was force to take red wine lar when yumseng from table to table. I was not spared..

When about to leave the hall, he asked us bicycle seller to stay back.. Takkan I was to offend hima and say tomorrow I have to wake up 5am and attend a run leh..

So was retained lah.. before that dia kasi gua one more round of red wine again.. Really make me wee wang wang wee wang wang..

Even as I drove back.. I was like blur blur.. damn.. if kena police habis lockup lah..

We were lucky to getaway when he was carried to the toilet.

The firepower

Been out to watch World cup recently... not really lots of matches as my sickness had not recover.

Did observe there is a guy that start running at my neighbourhood between 3am - 4am..

Damn ... I thought I was the only Crazy Mudhafucker that cycle at 4am that time..

So something is wrong somewhere with me..

PAssIOn and enthusiasm.

Got a chance to catch him the other day.. thought of asking him what is he preparing for...

I think I will put up the idea of running or cycling at 4am again..

Guess could ask him what he is preparing for...
