Update on training

With the scale definitely has been a good scale to see my weight. I need the number to see where I am heading. Yesterday finally I dipped below the 80kgs at 79.85kgs... Due to yesterday mooncake festival... the scale is back to 80.00kgs.. Hopefully tomorrow I will maintain after today taking a rest at home after more than 10 days of training non stop.

All the training was done at home on the trainer. Jotting the mileage and beginning with level 4 on the trainer and these 4 days start on Level 5. Monday rode with Jason and the gang.. I took 1 hours and 50 minutes to reach the top.

Lets see how I fair tomorrow.

warm up for Cameron KOM


Got myself a xiaomi scale 2 yesterday to further monitor my weight. First phase is to hit 70kgs. Then we will see how to go from there.

Now its all about grinding and getting stronger.
