Update on training

With the scale definitely has been a good scale to see my weight. I need the number to see where I am heading. Yesterday finally I dipped below the 80kgs at 79.85kgs... Due to yesterday mooncake festival... the scale is back to 80.00kgs.. Hopefully tomorrow I will maintain after today taking a rest at home after more than 10 days of training non stop.

All the training was done at home on the trainer. Jotting the mileage and beginning with level 4 on the trainer and these 4 days start on Level 5. Monday rode with Jason and the gang.. I took 1 hours and 50 minutes to reach the top.

Lets see how I fair tomorrow.

warm up for Cameron KOM


Got myself a xiaomi scale 2 yesterday to further monitor my weight. First phase is to hit 70kgs. Then we will see how to go from there.

Now its all about grinding and getting stronger.

Cameron Highland DRCC KOM 2019

Reviving this blog and hopefully I could sustain it that way. Training began today and goal is hopefully to go below 70kgs to do this. I am at the weakest now and even worst than when I was damn kau fat but with lotsa power those day.

Aging and illness had hit it hard and damn I NEED to be patient to build it. Hope to be able to finish within cut off time.

Making some plan for training and let see how I will fair.

To the head office

Today I went to head office and pass my claims of 5 months.. haha.. yes.. its been 5 months since I have not submit my claim.. :p

Now as I walked towards Amy our account and admin, she looked at me and such shock!! She was wondering how I did it.. and blah blah..

So as I was leaving and walked towards the door..

I can hear her shouted at the other old lady... I AM SOOOOOOOOO JEAAAAALOOOUSSSS!!!!

upcoming event

 Khoo challenge me to finish it within 7 hours and 30 minutes. That is what I will do.. haha.. Looking at this.. I guess I will tackle the 21km running. Walk till the top... the zoom down to the bottom.. Then I will walk my ass to the finish line.. That should do the trick. The idea is not to DNF!! 
 One month to go for my virgin marathon!!
 The 4 man team has a new name again. Well taking care of cows not so bad lah.
This will be the route on 15 Sept. Of course I love cycling anytime more than running.. hahaha.. Hope I will clock in about 6 hours 30 minutes perhaps.

The other event will be KL marathon on 30 Sept... so back to back three gruesome events for the month of September.

Lets nail it hard this time... though slllooowwwllyyyyy... so long I finish it!!!

Foldies finally..

 The break was shitty and luckily the broke.. haha.. so went to change a new set and rear break cable as well. 
it was quite a challenge and took about half an hour to come to KLCC from home. 

Finally fulfill my dream in buying a cheapo foldie.. kinda mix feeling since it was a cheapo stuff... its not as comfortable ride as compare with those expensive stuff but it does get u get.. 

The saddle is a Ok.. and really need to put in high cadence effort.. as the wheelset is totally crappy!! Wouldn't and struggle to move about. but it is a good high cadence training I presumed. 

My legs are quite spent today after the ride and jog in the park.

Tomorrow I will just do extra laps on the pool.

Major events are all coming up next month. Got more training to do. 

Maybe I could get some hot date in end of next month probably? :P

40 days countdown

Had my last dose of BKT and finally decided to go on 40 days meatless diet.

There is exactly 41 days to RJM. So lets see how will it affect me.

Of course mainly will be on the guideline of alkaline diet.

I shall post daily progress start from tomorrow onwards. 

Can't wait for a more agile me in running and cycling.
