By 35 - 40 minutes, I am already at Carrefour Kepong.. KL to think of it.. is not that big actually... ahahha... So how the hell the bicycle sometime could clock quite near to driving.. first to blame is the traffic light lah.
So I hope when I wake up later...it is not gonna rain lah.. I hope. .where should I ride to?
Hope I could chart a some new course along the usual route...
Somebody asked me do I shed some kilos... well, if you cycle for 2 hours at avg speed of 20km above and you don't lose weight... ahahaha.. it's time to go for lipo-suction!! Just kidding..
Anyway, the week ride has firstly burnt up fat at the thigh and gosh I hate those huge thigh muscle... I am curious ler.. My parents and my bro doesnt seems to develop muscle. Does any of my ancestors does.. Probably, I love the high and long intensity in exercising.. The sense of achievement is very much self-fulfilling.
Next week, I should be able to start the program routine for the Bidor run..
Listen to your body.. It tells you great amount of things..and sometime.. use your head to make wise judgment..
eventhough we screw up sometime.. never give up..and keep trying...keep trying...keep trying...
Ok.. and come to think of something else, the world marathon record was in the region of 2 hours and 10 minutes... and that is like like almost 20 km per hours... Wow.. while we ride casually between 20 - 25km/h...these world class athlete are on foot alongside your bicycle.
