So today was doing much better than previous ride. We manage to shave another 10 minutes from last two weeks ride. so the next target is to slash another 5 minutes to 1 hours 15 minutes to ride to the top of Genting Sempah. My resting heart rate has further improve from to 17 beats after one minutes.
So I am expecting something much better this week and yes this Friday is the Putrajaya Critical Mass.. Yahoo!!
