Begin to feel some part of my legs developed running muscles.. this is good stuff.. now learning to refuel correctly is very important.
Today woke up rejuvenating after more than 8 hours of solid sleep. I had never felt so good before. I am all ready for this week and especially for tomorrow challenge!! Bring it on man!!
Hope I could cut 1:50 minutes for the run as been challenge.
I had been reading Dean book for the past one week. This man is suppose to be a demi god or what.
