The dream started with I was losing so much blood that I need to have a whole huge bag of blood pump into my body again.. Then I begin to feel those blood gushing in so fast from the needle into my vein. I felt bloated.. then after awhile, the gravitational of the blood gushing again. I was crying out loud to stop but the blood keep gushing in...
until... I cough and vomit out the blood. Gosh! I can feel the blood circulating my body as I woke up from this eerie dream.. There was another eerie dream a day before.. WTF..
Anyway, my legs is as stiff as stone yesterday after the run. But it sure recover fast... so charge kaw kaw lat my XpressMusic and hopefully I could have enough time to get it all going.
Other than that, I begin to feel that I lose fat in my leg area and new running muscle group developing. But I look ugly on my upper part body. So push up, sit ups and chin up will be a twice a day routine. Pia kaw kaw lat...ahaha..
Anyway, to increase that motivation slash down to 80kgs.. I am not going to shave from these day forward until I see 80kgs on the scale...hehee...
Obviously I am not Forrest Gump for sure..
