I am a master of cheating sleep. I sleep 5 - 6 hours a day. That is enough to get through ...of course provided that your body does not have too much toxic.
Now, after much talk to a friend who have actual solid 6 packs.. yea.. sleep cannot be forfeited.. The muscles tissues takes 24-48 hours to heal depend on age as well. Therefore sleep play an important part to get the performance.
So even if you forfeit your sleep, you will crave more fat as well. Hmmm..speaking of that.. it could be quite true. Therefore, I am going to sleep 6 - 7 hours everyday now for my body to work at optimum pace. No point having a moodswing during training and annoyance all the time. I had that before and now working intelligently to change that.
So gonna knock out early these day.. If you see me offline early.. dont kacau me by calling me!!
