Doubt or no doubt..

As I was reading Princess Amidala blog.. she sprung out something interesting about making a reconciliation in separated love relationship.

Well, I was trying to re jog my old memories and how a comeback in love couple relationship likes..

Its sometime a no easy tasks when one love the other person and the other person is insensitive to the wants and needs of the others. Somehow being independent in loving relationship does reflect maturity. .Yet, its a two communications stuff and the word relationship actual if you break it down is RELATE... RELATION... SHIP..

So obviously RELATE has got a lot to do with communication.. and RELATIONS goes further into certain extend of tie and understanding in this communication.. SHIP is something going on board and committed to it.. like friendSHIP.. your level of on board the deck with friend does has it value between both of you..

yet.. love couple relationship goes further and to certain degree of intimacy. Well, I take into account that this love relationship is 1 to 1 rules.. else read no more if your disagree with my thought.. ahaha..

Being in a relationship sometime does take hardwork and understanding. If you are with someone with likemindedness and have so much common and interests and goals ..then it will be much easy. .but some ppl label it as boring .. :p..

Anyway, its not everyone that will surely ended up with someone that has such common ground all the time.. I think sometime we could love someone of the opposite side.. both side need to work towards certain understanding and the level of sacrifices that is willing from both party.

There are of course no guarantee happily ever after especially in these day society which we shoulder upon ourselves with hope and dreams so much that we are willing for forgo sometime that ultimate values in having a loving and true relationships.

I took a long time to understand too. I don't really have a role models in front of my eyes. I only see my parents growing in love and care until I am age 8 years old.. after that all hell broke lose..

It was a stony ride for me and I do learn in the process anyway. Still learning though. I hope to improve much better.

I think when you are in love with someone. You gotta take time to care and love for that person. I think it is also a daily affair no matter how busy we are at time. You need to share and grow and sometime self-checking as well.. have we take thing for granted.. I think it does take some interesting works.. but the process is so much interesting and fun if both party could work it out lah...

Amanda, pertaining to the question you ask ... I do ask myself long time ago. I think there is no such definite answer.. Now the choice is whether you want to dive into that reservoir again or not.. time will tell... and from my experience ...after sometime of being together again.. you will know it... I think from my experience to best describe a comeback in a love relationship is as the quote below ( my 2 cents tot ) :-

You cannot be lonely if you like the person you're alone with.

Make that a change

I felt I had much greater responsibilities in life lately. and I really have to set a lot of priority straight.
There are a lot of things that keep us stagnant and after sometime.. we are go comfortable and set in and we are not willing to change la...
So today will mark a new journey to better equip my head and run thru... this book..
get the zest from the geniuses and we will work closer to our goal.
So hopefully to find some profound ideas and enlightenment through here.
Damn..am I not curious now? Learning from Englishmen is boring sometime.. the resourcefulness is more than practicality at time. what the heck.. as long as it is useful.

Sleep as part of training regime

I am a master of cheating sleep. I sleep 5 - 6 hours a day. That is enough to get through ...of course provided that your body does not have too much toxic.

Now, after much talk to a friend who have actual solid 6 packs.. yea.. sleep cannot be forfeited.. The muscles tissues takes 24-48 hours to heal depend on age as well. Therefore sleep play an important part to get the performance.

So even if you forfeit your sleep, you will crave more fat as well. Hmmm..speaking of that.. it could be quite true. Therefore, I am going to sleep 6 - 7 hours everyday now for my body to work at optimum pace. No point having a moodswing during training and annoyance all the time. I had that before and now working intelligently to change that.

So gonna knock out early these day.. If you see me offline early.. dont kacau me by calling me!!

The power of Now

In 1914 Thomas Edison’s factory in West Orange, New Jersey, was virtually destroyed by fire. Although the damage exceeded $2 million, the buildings were insured for only $238,000 because they were made of concrete and were thought to be fireproof. Much of Edison’s life work went up in smoke and flames that December night. At the height of the fire, Edison’s 24-year-old son, Charles, searched frantically for his father. He finally found him, calmly watching the fire, his face glowing in the reflection, his white hair blowing in the wind.
“My heart ached for him,” said Charles. “He was 67 — no longer a young man — and everything was going up in flames. When he saw me, he shouted, “Charles, where’s your mother?” When I told him I didn’t know, he said, ‘Find her. Bring her here. She will never see anything like this as long as she lives.’”
The next morning, Edison looked at the ruins and said, “There is great value in disaster. All our mistakes are burned up. Thank God we can start anew.”
Three weeks after the fire, Edison managed to deliver the first phonograph...

Thomas Edison is a living proof of someone who live in the NOW.. I was so amaze when he see his lifework was gone up into flame and yet.. He was standing there watching it and asking his son to look for the mother to watch the factory gone up into smoke. I could only stared at maze how this great men outrun our mediocre thought.

I would want to adopt his kind of optimistic thinking and hell what have we got to lose anyway.

There are a month and less than 10 days before the year runs out.

I am going to make the best of it. What are you going to do?

cRy over spilled milk and get the best out of it?

There are so many people that is less fortunate in the world. Lets remember that and being grateful we still have our precious home and decent life.

I was in a seminar yesterday and the lady author quote a taiwanese monk that said : -

"We have little need in life.. too many wants in life"

Yup.. sometime to live in frugality is best and be happy.

Today my friend Lam shared with me.. he drove a big car..well, the happiness may last that several weeks and after that it is nothing. Sometime we are so caught up chasing material and illusionate success that we forfeit our own happiness and true joy in life.

So what do we gain in the end... being lonely and selfish and self gratifications.

Learn to be content and living every seconds in utmost joy..

“I believe that anyone can conquer fear by doing the things he fears to do, provided he keeps doing them until he gets a record of successful experience behind him.”
