A fruitful day

I could feel the exhaustion right now running through my spine. But to come undone and not prepare for a race spell only disaster. Now I am more prepare for Malakoff run next week. Damn syiok now.

Well, got my car clean and take off whatever shit that aint suppose to be there. I felt much better now sitting in it. Thanks to my gf who keep on going "advising" me ler... :p

Here are a list of change that need to be embrace is order :-

1. Hygiene
2. Cleanliness
3. Tidiness and organize
4. Time management
5. Procastinations
6. Punctuality
7. Weight
8. Health
9. Finances / Personal Money
10. Image

No. 1 top of the chart is hygiene.. yea.. i sucks big time on this one. Taking one step at a time. Digging nose. Dont care if table is dirty blah blah.. to embarrass to name. Ok... to begin with. I will floss..

No. 2 Cleanliness.. 1 good step is I took good care of my care today. and room is almost 70% done.

No. 3Tidiness and being organize. This one gonna take sometime. I do felt good when seeing little things on my home table now. Other are to tackle asap.

No.4 Time management. Too many precious time wasted. Trying now even during business meeting will limit the time as well.

No. 5 procrastinations. Hell.. even today there is still pending 4 more things out of 15 things to be done. Not too bad lah.. seeking to fine tune along with time management.

No. 6 Punctuality. Well, I had came along way for this one and already making a huge quantum leap jor. But my gf is a very punctual person. So have to brush up. I do not she will take it easy on me during dating time ler..

No. 7 Weight. Hmmm got to console myself.. from 115 to now 98kgs. since the beginning of the year..give a pat to self for the achievement. Now the next target is 75 -80 kgs. With 6 packs. SIGH...day one no rice today. but its still fine..consider the benefits that is coming.

No. 8 Health.. yea... the obese size and lifestyle. so gonna sleep at 11 today and wake up 5am again. Ride time ...Readjusting to more raw food and alkaline diet.

No. 9 Finances/ Personal money.. Work in progress. need to toughen to learn to invest the different. getting a house also a priority.

No. 1o Image. hmm... well, working with hygiene side by side now.. after getting the ideal weight some decent clothing in place.

All this I got to embrace to a new tune of excellence if not also up to par during chinese new year..

Got to sleep now... cranking up the crank tomorrow morning..

  1. You won't get 6 packs at 80kg or 75kg as that is still above your recommended weight! But nice list anyhow!

    Keep it up. You will have the 6 packs you wanted, or looks good working towards that.

    At least more healthy and more confidence.
