jAMEs Taylor

* James Taylor these day.. OH.. he is much much older and thinner now..but he still sing beautifully.
* jAMes Taylor in his younger day.. sure heart breaker dude..
Recent OBama campaign we witness lotsa hollywood stars and celebs alike lending their hand to the campaign. Obama sure won the hearts of the flamboyant and the sentimental idealist.
We have Orlando Bloom all out making calls.. Alicia Silverstone and Matt Damon giving some nice decent speech and much much more..
Now one of the veteran celeb is James Taylor. Yup..he is an American. He sang American.. He is one singer that I think God created to bring that joy and happiness in songs.
There is something about James Taylor voice. Winning the diamond record for selling 11 millions copies of one of his record.
Songs like You've got a friend, Carolina in my mind, fire and rain...long and far away. Songs that could not be wash away despite the wave of time.
James wedding Carly Simons but celebs marriage was thin as tissue paper lah.. Carly Simons sang "you're so vain... you probably think this song is about you.."
I always wish I could sing well. I would love to entertain the world and make it a better places with beautiful songs but that is not what God intended for me.
I leave you a lovely lullaby by James Taylor :-

There is a young cowboy he lives on the range
His horse and his cattle are his only companions
He works in the saddle and he sleeps in the canyons
Waiting for summer, his pastures to change
And as the moon rises he sits by his fire
Thinking about women and glasses of beer
And closing his eyes as the doggies retire
He sings out a song which is soft but its clear
As if maybe someone could hear
(chorus)
Goodnight you moonlight ladies
Rockabye sweet baby james
Deep greens and blues are the colors I choose
Wont you let me go down in my dreams
And rockabye sweet baby james
Now the first of december was covered with snow
And so was the turnpike from stockbridge to boston
Lord, the berkshires seemed dream-like on account of that frosting
With ten miles behind me and ten thousand more to go
Theres a song that they sing when they take to the highway
A song that they sing when they take to the sea
A song that they sing of their home in the sky
Maybe you can believe it if it helps you to sleep
But singing works just fine for me
