Photographer boundary

* Now I ask Elaine for her picture of this and she asked me what is it for? So her interpretation of curiosity of her own personal pics would now be transfer but wait.. before she let the cat out of the bag..she asked her filter question.. what is it for? Question sometime are the answer.

Through that conversation, Elaine is also someone who is quite visual receptive and interpret something as it is and her communication style is also straight forward lah..

In that moment she asked me to look at his brother behind which she claim it is damn fat..

Now in a visual receptive world today, many pageants shows will put up some strings of photos and sometime let loose the or close ended questions to let the pageants answers. .This is really the fun parts.. where the audiences will be live the dream again of being Simon, Paula and Randall. Try to recall now... the first sentence that you always utter will always be the questions..

"Death of Loyalist Militiaman, Frederico Borrell Garcia, CerroMuriano (Cordoba Front), 1936, moment capture that was crucified by a bullet " One of the famous pics of Robert Capa of whom also founded the Magnum Photos.. What is going through Robert's mind when he capture this decisive moments and we know he was antipating it. and how would you decipher such a pics and present your intrepretation and conclusion. A pictures really tell a thousand word and beyond that.

Steve Mccurry has updated his website and pretty cool I think what is being presented in his website.

Steve has his own disctinct set of photos that will never bored you and that sense of warmth from his heart does communicate via his pics.

Now some of the photos again remind me about photographer boundary on what is not to shot and should be shot. I think for me as long as you think it is right or feel right or in any matter a fact that you want to shoot..just shoot..

Few months back while I was taking the ferry from Manly in Sdyney, I ponder upon two old senior womens which one of them was pretty hunchback. They were enjoying each other companionship so much even though they could take ages to walk to the ferry. It was a perfect moment. What I saw is a wonderful scene of friendship which I must take into record. Now my boss was pretty annoyed with me taking the pictures and asking me not to shoot. He said that the lady will feel low esteem and people might not be happy. hehe..this is so damn potong steam.. and particularly reflect how shipwreck and self-superior thought he got. well, due to his distraction I could not capture the moment. Damn I was super regret at that moments of not capturing it. Should I capture it and I could share a pretty good load of story from that pics with everyone.
I have develop a certain acute sense of photography which other thought it is sometime being rude. Ok then, just shoot the birds and flowers and don't disturb us photographer who wants to record some spectacular moments which you insisted strongly we should bow to your interpretation of the events.

Magnums photos has recorded tonnes of photos which I think at that moment you would want to shoot that fella who is taking the pictures.

It is funny that thru the simple acts of photograhy, you could actually learn and understand a very deep sense how that particular person interpret their world in both , yes.. , I mean both..the mental and the emotional aspect of it. You could also see how a person respond or react to a person who is performing a certain task.

So next time at that moment which you feel really wanted to shoot a pics and some hesitation set in.. just shoot first..the digital world has always offer you the delete button within reach...just like that.. else you stand regrets it forever.

"Ultimately photography is about who you are. It's the seeking of truth in relation to yourself. And seeking truth becomes a habit."
