of the highlight of the event for me is to at least personally shoot star trail when I was in Cameron Highlands. We don't always get and never will able to do this in KL..oh, by the way, there will be meteor across our planet this week ; those who love to catch a glimpse could hang out late to catch it and that also with luck lah..especially with the raining season...the crazy cloud.. who knows?

Ok...one of the coldest night ever in Cameron Highland. Even I also beh tahan that night.. The stars seems to be not shining as bright anymore due to more development in Brinchang I guess. One of the best spot for me to see stars is in that forget-liao the apartment.. many stars and beautiful... So being so cold..I set my tripod outside the balcony..kautim a test of 15mins shot.. and then proceed to start a almost 2 and a half hours shoot. I was gambling that the battery will not gv up on me especially battery juice out faster between 30 - 50% at time ..the colder the worst.. so it is real cold... the good news is it still have some to spare..

The bad news is OMG what has happen to my shot lah... I was shock ler.. Thinking possibly the light from the town that causes it...Well, it couldn't be that bad ler as I was gazing it up to the sky mah...could be bad lah...but not that bad until super white. .Luckily I did shot in RAW ler...

So just now something hit me.. damn, the mole..yes....blame it on the mole... I didn't cover up the viewfinder and those light from the living room area... GRRRR....

So next time if you wanna shot star trail and please make sure to cover your optical viewfinder.

Well, I am yet to shoot my best star trail ...hopefully by beginning of next year..
