The DTG viper

This is the new DTG Viper which is able to print up to A2 size which literally whole shirt area..unless you are XXXXXL then the 24 inches printer is the answer... 
* The front view ... I came back from customer place in Klang yesterday and immediately.. put this baby on the table.. So snap some photo yesterday ler..

Anyway, today I was ready to take a look at the engineering part of it.. so open the cover up and scrutinize thoroughly.. However time was not on my side.. so tomorrow hopefully I will get to print some full A2 size print on a shirt ....yahoo..baby... 

Hope this printer rocks and hopefully those glitches if it tend to happen soon.. are tolerable. 

There are some intelligent in this printer which I felt could surpass the previous "mishap" ....thus disinherit the previous model problem ...i HOPe..

This is funny.

The DTG printing business is full of fun, frustration and sometime the images that customer wanted to print is damn kelakar. Sometime, customer would want to cut cost and only print at certain size and minus the colour and what not....

You heard it all..after this prints, there are at least 500 shirts, 2000 shirts, 3000 shirts to print. So give me a better price.

So these are the common stuff that common would throw at you. Wow, that is absolutely wonderful!! So if it is highly confirm, we can talk about the deposit right now for your 500 shirts, so I will work out the price right now and let's proceed with the payment..

I am highly sarcastic at time when non sincere customers are throwing all kinda stuff to " BIG " me.. The rule of the game is you must show that you are not intimidated ; often time I would even throw the ball back to the customer.. Yes, impress me further.. I love " BIG " story.. Let's make it bigger.

Sometime when I am busy, I would just say maybe I am not interested in that big order.

It's nothing personal, it's just business.

hmm...what am I ranting here?

I had noticed numerous request on this. FYI, the latest DTG model to look out for is the HM1 and Eclipse D1 and D2. You could leave your contact number and we will gladly called you back should you need further assistance into helping you deciding this products. We just had our new white ink up and running and by far has reach a stability point. You could come to us at our office for demo.

We are in the process of testing the new software as well and better options to choose now. The next DTG in line is the golf ball printer. It will be release in soon and I had witnessed the print itself at the factory. It is really satisfactory as to my level.

Other similar printer down the line will be introduce next year once we move down to bigger premise next door hopefully by early next year.
