Flowers for dear dear on Valentine AKA CNY

It's long overdue and was store inside my hp all the while. I bought this flowers for my dear dear during Valentine a.k.a CNY lah. Its a double celebrations this year and I want to make it a memorable one.

Her sister said that she received flowers until tadak rasa oredi.. hmmm.. I think there are two things on earth that most women will not cease to tadak rasa when receive.. flowers and diamond.. Forget money... it is universal language for both man and women ..explicit generic and everyone won't get enuff of it.. :p

Am glad that I could get this big bunch of flowers at a very good price.. The tactics of ask and bargain and bargain and offer last price and leave was employ here.. so its always the seller will asked u to come back and agree with the price especially places like petaling street lah..

So when I paid the money and the guy was wrapping the it.. then dear dear called..

" You can say me perasan.. but please don't buy flowers.. don't waste money yea.."

Well, done oredi...hehe....

So as I was taking the flowers. I could see lotsa gals with or without their partner or hubby with them .. stare at the flowers in sheer delight.. hoping they will get it too.. hmm... I could come to the conclusions that women does wish to receive something special on this special date eventhough it was said this date has been commercialize lah..Well, the business is good but the date has not been as such.. its still celebrate the love between each others.

Derrick and Teresa 千金

This is the masterpiece of Derrick and Teresa!! Just few hours after she landed on this earth. She look so adorable and kind of lost in her own world.

The father was really happy and trigger happy with the camera everytime..

Asked Teresa how does it like to give birth.. she said its like shitting... only this time it is very much bigger!!!

Ahahah...sleepless nite and lotsa time and sacrifices..

Wish the happy family will be happily ever after!!!

同人不同命

Now I just finish most the staff that I need to do for the next 3 months to be efficient. I had been very inconsistent in my pace and also very flimsy muscles in executions. Therefore lots of self-motivations is needed to pump myself up through better planning and execution.

So I was cleaning up some stuff in my hp camera as well. As I will share some of the pic with u guy.. This is taken from my hp camera lah.. curi curi shot while I was in Macao.

I won't disclose this casino here...and calar the face so that ppl will not someday appear in my doorstep and play russian roulette with me.

Now some of those scene u only see in tv.. while I witness this live in front of my own eyes.. There is this guy who look like spaniard or some latino.. he was holding a 4 stack of square huge chips which each chip cost 100,000 HKD or RMB... that is like RM50,000!!! maximum bet is HKD 300,000 at a time.. se o everytime maximum bet lah.. So each time he either lose a condo or win a condo in sub-urban KL..

So I counted the height of the 4 stack.. OMG..a that is like 7-8 million ringgit.. and he played it so cool as though he just lose two bungkus of nasi lemak everytime he lost RM150K..

I asked the captain in huge amount of curiosity.. he told me that the upper floor VIP and VVIP could gamble up to 10 million at one shot also.. wow!!

and there are so many casinos over here.. heard there are 27 over here.. the staff here also cincai wear ania.. and not as fancy as Genting Highland one..

Energizer night race 10km

Another 3 more hours I will be running ENR with my gf.. along with cold and cough that have not left me.. WTF.. hopefully I could finish it..

I like my Bib number.. satu hidup satu hidup hidup.. unfortunately it was a veteran vest lah.. I tekan salah mah... when I go get my vest that time. that women must had thought about it in her heart lah... luckily I am husky and obese.. ... if she insist on an answer... "BOTOX! ..Yes... you heard me... " this bib number is specially for veteran to wish them staying alive lah with their run.

Well, I hope I could finish nicely... hehehe.. 10km lugging with cold.. it is not very nice indeed..hopefully my gf who might had slept like a pig oredi woke up lah..

Time to shower and get going..

Towerthon 2010

First Towerthon in my life.. KL Towerlah mana lagi.. the 2 badak super size is up against the vertical limits.. speaking of that.. gravity is not just apple falling from the tree anymore.

It took me 35mins to crank myself up from the starting line. Take it slow and easy as I am the second batch from the kandang jantan to flag off. Speak about that, they separate us the male and the female lah.. so this time Shaw Yi is definitely own her own.

Brandon and Samantha did take part in this event. Brandon was the 3rd batch to masuk kandang.

I took a very slow jog.. was not there to kill myself. Not until 11 floor then I asked the fler .. how many more.. .9 more floor wor... wah didn't know 2058 steps is not as easy as its seems lah.. Some fler really believe VOMax2 last forever.. until the kapoot and pancit at the first five floors..

It wasn't that bad lah.. heard some vomit sound on top.. luckily dint get some does from the donor. Anyway, I stop at every station possible to refuel myself.

So pusing pusing and pusing finally reach the top... not too bad..

Then next saw Brandon clock about 45 mins and her gf excellent only 30mins ania.. piece of cake for her.. small kuci size does has its advantage..

Then waited for my gal lah..waited and waited...

waited .. hmmm...sudah kaput at some floor?

or still resting..

then it was 50mins jor.. all kind of thing run thru my mind.. began to worry abit..

or surrender... " Medic..man down... we need a medic here"

all the possible imaginations i could thought off.. ahaha...

then at 60mins.. saw her came out to the observation deck.. fuh.. amitabha..!!!

Well.. consider RM20 for the event.. It was quite worth it for early bird lah..

After that we went to the energizer run for bibs collections. The vest is damkau body hugging wei.. So revealing.. my body fat to the max.. ahaha...

Well.. hope it will be a good run this Saturday...

ASICS

ASICS = Anima sana in corpore sano... Sound mind, Sound body..

i LOve ASICS stuff.. though it cost a bit more.. much more actually.. but they are serious towards people who are serious in their workout or sport regime.

I had grilled myself over the past few days.. I think it is not enough but I could not afford to injure myself. I am seeking a consistent growth towards achieving my goal.

It was a little frustrated not seeing some results but at least it was more than 50% of the effort being put in to push myself. I could go further, definitely.

Yesterday, my body outcry could be heard. I need to rest. yes.. take it easy for the next 48 hours to let the body repair itself.

Even today I could feel the crampiness on my legs but it is definitely pain but good sensation. Good because it is all going to be the next level.. I am looking forward for much much improvement.

Now as thing get serious, have to prioritize between works, sports, leisure, relationship and personal growth with other area of life as well.

I really want to do well and look best in Powerman this year. I can feel it is an important event I should join and give my best to compete and challenge myself.

I hope with these dedications it will also help me to further my attitude in works and career.

First attempt of 10km run at KLCC Park

Today is my first attempt run at KLCC park. It was a good run with the last laps wanna kong out. Nevertheless managed to finish it..

Sweat all over my body.. and my pant is all soaking wet that I have to put towel to prevent my car seat from soaking.

Well, I hope very soon in the near future I could do sub60 in 10km run. I really want to do it badly ler..

BRoga Hill rendezvous..

It's been past 4 days I been grueling myself. So this morning took the Broga Hill with cohorts that plan trip some time ago. So get to know some new faces and fun all the way up.

So from where I left off with Shaw Yi the other time, it was about 30% journey that time.

A great day with Chae suggesting to Lou shee fun at Seremban.. what the heck.. since its Sunday..

The lou shee fun turn out to be a disaster lah... wonder what's is wrong once the food became celebrity..

anyway, it was very much fulfilled day lah..

Home - Port Klang Jetty - Home @ MTB

Alarm rang at 3am.. as usual push the button for both phones..then 4:02 woke up.. hmm.. still can make it.. why don't just took city ride.. hmmm.. what the heck its not going to get done anyway.. so this morning Home -> Port Klang Jetty - > Home on my MTB.. 5 hours 12 minutes with 5 minutes of pit stop.. now i begin to appreciate Newton finding of gravity as I get down from my bike..

tomorrow OAS - Genting Sempah.. tolak basikal aje lah..

Not as bad as I tot lah this ride. Yes, finally finish one ride of the year..
