What a relief?

It was the 10 days of my sorethroat now. Partially my food intake does not help at all as I still take cold drink and yesterday I could not take it any longer and stop taking cold drink and instead begin heavy battle with it.

I bought home the Apple Civer Vinegar which I leave it ferment for more than a year now. You can look at the mother in it..wahaha..

So going on a treachrous treatment to self.. I gargle the hell over it over my throat. At least it would quite well. I did it like almost every 1 -2 hours.. every 15 mins are too much to bear for me anyway. 

So this morning the piles of flam was developing like mad. It was a good sign I guess. 

Now I should be able to go out riding in now time.
