I have been thinking of a module to describe Malaysian unique culture..I think the three questions are a good opener from a case to case subject exploration. 

A bit of recap..

I am going to do my recap early this year as the coming few days might be a bit busy. Again this is the third recap so far in my blog and times really flies :-

1. I had survived another year of blogging and one of the most consistent thing that I had done in my life beside than eating and sleeping.
2. Photography has slow down a bit but still going strong. I had some bags of ideas to do with photography next year and definitely gonna be fun.
3. I think somehow 2007 is much fun and happening than 2008.. Perhaps I had taken a slow and easy life on 2008.
4. Yea, I actually went to Sydney this year. I love the place and will be a ideal place for honey moon..Oh.. I had some Aussie dollar in hand and regretted not changing it now.. L
5. My thoughts has changed much this year compare to few years ago. Very liberal and perhaps maybe too loose.. I don’t know.. but its not tidak apa attitude…yet..ahaha
6. Oh.. I bought a new car this year and happy with it.
7. There are no specific hangout place this year and we randomly pick places for yumcha and all that.
8. One of the most turnout for my Birthday party this year…unfortunately, the food is a little bit perculiar. :p
9. hmm.. one of my saddest day in my life for my Birthday as well. Hmm..don’t want the mention it.. It’s history textbook now.
10. I was sad that I did not get the Perodua Chinese New Year.
11. I was happy that was one ad I dint get lah.. ahaha.. I think that ads sucks big time!
12. I got into the MCA ad with my voice dubbed and my voice and tv man..ahaha..it was a split second and yet with that bloody old Chinese style dressing and makeup ppl still recognize me. WTF!
13. Oh.. I finally shifted downstair from the office floor with bigger room and much much much bigger production place..but our productions capacity has not improve yet..ahahah. :p
14. Oh… I had a fun time with the gang at Penang and Hatyai trip during the CNY. It was filthy fun of camwhoring.

19. This is the third time of polling for me.. I switch camp for the first time and yes they pay for it..

21. I got myself a second hand PDA and a taggable GPS…driving with GPS is very much helpful.
22. I Went to Sg. Lembing this year.. There is no early sun to photoshoot but very much of fun adventure.
23. I went to JIAM show in Singapore.
24. Miss some of the casting opportunities as of working commitment and also on holidays.
25. I actually attended a wedding out of the country in Medan Indonesia..speaking of that.. I haven’t upload the photos yet..]
26. M Night Shyamalan did it again with The Happening.. what’s happening is really happening in this movie.. I salute you.

35. hmm.. I was sick for a period for 3 weeks I think..one of those time where I haven’t sick for so long..
36. have a friend who been trying to take his own life..he has been exhibiting that phrase of sometime like the boy who cried wolves..and we are sick of it..and this year he did it in September. Wow.. manifesto.. Salute you… But I think he is getting better lah.. Hope he found someone that love him too soon.
37. I went to Cameron again in September but did not stay in Parkland.
38. I watched DREAMZ in Genting.. another sleepy event.. YAWNNN
39. I went to Genting to watch Ms Astro Chinese International Pageants..it’s not a sleepy event.. but the candidates are simply underdeveloped or over enthusiastic themselves.
40. My one and only clubbing of the year is at BAR CELONA.
41. I met Mr. Dhurai again this year.
42. Went to a primary school classmate wedding and caught with my fellow classmates which some had not met for 20 years!
43. Sad news lah..One cute Tzih Zu name Jack kena walap mati..I don’t mind if it is my ex boss..
44. Congrats to Eddie and Rachel..Ah Boy and Ah Girl on their wedding.

53. Oh..my dad came back after many years outcasted..ahaha.. happy that he is together with my mum again. Never thought that gonna happen. It's cool..

 

Merry Christmas to all...

I still believe in Jesus Christ and it's been ages since we commune. Now we commune in a different level. Prodigal son that regretted and ended up in the kandang babi..someone this one here seems to enjoy its moment with the swines.. Alas, you filthy animal. That's who I am now..

But I do not deny Christ and He is still savior of the world. Do I doubt him? Yes.. all the time..more and more proof to turn my back on him and the roosters crow until it lost its voice. Oh.. somehow the heart has some other thing to say. Of course I do not want to dwell much further and entangled in an unpleasant reading conversant. 

Whatever it is.. Jesus as we know does not born on December but somewhere in the mid of the calendar year..So why the heck the councils of brethens and all related christian faith can't just celebrate earlier? Well, this is the paradox of human faith isn't it... The symbology sometime is hardest to change. 

Hmm.. What do I like about Christmas? I love most about Christmas is the carolling. That is something that is calming and of great joy to me. 

I love those Christmas carols.. and I love to sing carols. I think it is fun and its sacred unique presentation is rather soothing to the world in presenting the gospel in style... yea..do it with style...Even now some of the familiar carols still playing it tunes in my head.

R:" Hey.. I want to ask you ah what do you think of the Canon G10 camera?"

B: " You asked me before right?" 

R :" Yah..I just want your personal opinion on it?" 

B:" You told me before right you want to buy it for underwater shooting."

R:" Yah.. I have found the casing as well." 

B:" How much is it?" 

R: " About thousand plus lah u know"

B:" Oic...ok lah..then just grabbed the bloody camera lah. You have asked me since the beginning of this year lor cibai." 

R: " Ya.. I just want to asked your opinion again since you are into it u know?"

B:" Ok. why dont you just get a Olympus SW1030 lah.."

R: " yes I have look into that. It was 10 metres only u know"

B:"i know the casing is cheap mah."

Genting Sempah ride

* Almost half way thru.. me and Koh rest for awhile awaiting Awal to catch up.. 
* yea...42 Km to Bentong.. 
* So this is the usual automobile road down there where we ride up to Genting or Bentong.

* Finally at the Bengkel of Genting Sempah. 
* oNE moRE shot here before speeding back to Hospital Orang aSLi.

It has been my goal to ride the Genting Sempah and glad I did it before the year runs out. Slept rather late last night and with just 3 hours or so of sleep.. it is definitely suffering at the beginning of the ride. Koh was there at 8am and me and Awal arrived only at 8.25am.. straight we shoot up the ride lah. 

We parked at Hospital OrANG asli where the previous ride I arrived here and another perhaps 500m further. So it's kinda like a continuation lah for the ride. Almost want to kill myself the first 4km or so...then the windy and fresh morning air really kept me going. This is the most soothing place to ride up. I will somehow motivated by the strong wind and the airy feeling of this place. 

We made some stops.. and there were lotsa riders this morning too. There were two lady roadies were training for the national selection too. Train real hard and hope they make it. 

I will definitely come back again real soon for another ride here. 

Last Putrajaya Critical Mass of the year..

I woke up at 8.58pm...and damn..it was late.. so my head has all the reasons not to go..but my heart just take me where it want to go.. yea.. the heart decide and it always win ...most of the time. 

So pack stuff and leave .. and the bloody cibai jam in Jalan Jelatek and stuck at the end before cutting out to Great Eastern Mall. Then it jam and slow drive..by the time I reached Bukit Jalil..oredi 9.43pm liao..

So tekan lah 150-160---165..... then less than ten minutes sampai toll..but before that it started raining already..WTF.. but I went also lah.. 

So reach Putrajaya ngam ngam 10 lah.. unloaded bike under the tiny rain drop.. So everyone gathered inside the shoplots area.. Daoh was contemplating whether to go ahead or not. Scared rain then something happen lah.. but it wasnt that heavy lah.. Daoh asked you mau ride ah?MAU  I said... decided to shoot off at 10.30 and ..happen at 10.20 lah...

Tonite heard there were group from Ipoh and Melaka too...wow ..that is fierce lah.. So kickstart lah.. However there is one fler with his gf or wife .. that fler tyre punture at the beginning man..so kesian habis. Can't do anything lah.. 

So this time I take it real slow..but overall tonite group are rather fast in pace.. most are seasons riders I think.. there are some newcomers as well. 

Awal called me when we reached the PICC.. he was there... he brought his bicycle in the car together with Depan as well. ahahaha... 

So we chat for awhile and he commit to come for the next PCM. 

Then I noticed there were some "marshall" lah this time.. got walkie-talkie wor... fuyoo.. terror sial. Later we might have Rela.. but kitaorang rekreasi aje.. no memorandum ... 

So I also saw a lady with the baby chair in front too....ingat Marshall jugak lah..but towards the end of the journey only I realize that she just follow her husband only..wow..can you imagine she actually follow us that two hours to accompany his husband for the ride.. I tabik sama lu babe...and the baby was sleeping in the car.. 

Towards the end also I saw lah the father hold the baby and ride ride for awhile.. ahaha. that is cool!!

So it was a real casual ride.. and I am waiting for Sunday Genting sEmpah ride. 

Second day shooting at Petaling Street ~ Jalan Sultan

* This little gal was quite cute ler.. She can't speak Chinese.. ahaha.. even I talked to her mum..her mum later said...sorry ah.. I can't really speak chinese.. Here you have extra light as it is getting dark..and the drizzle just stop.. it was taken in a fast pace here and the rain soon enuff come pouring.. I have to dubbed my voice over under the thunderstorm.
* but when she uttered that word in chinese.. " please hold my hand" is very da cute...ahaha..
* I was the second last shot and their is the last......Roll take here... and quiet please.. camera...and action... yea...sometime that butterfly in the stomach..sometime when you look at that fler zap the thing.. your head still thinking and visualize how to bring it to the camera. 
* Sometime I wonder all this damn things that brought to us in the tv or cinema screen..utilised so many manpower and huge resources!! Just for that bloody few seconds..minutes... 

There are sometime when I get ready to present my best shot and compose it all in my head and I knew it could get the attention of the crews..and the sunlight suddenly dim lah.. have to add extra lighting lah.. ahahah.. 

There are times which is unpleasant which you did the first 90% perfectly and fumble at the last 10%.. It's frustrating to see that sad and frustrated face of the team people.. 

Then after which you sit down.. only you get the ideas of how to present it in the best possible way..and it is too late. 

Whatever is the role we are playing..sometime we might not get the main cast..but it is very important I think we should give our best possible ways...coz that emotions does somehow transpired to the tv set. 

If there are chances to come, I vow to do it well and the best I could again. 

Hybrid car ~ cosmetically

* Now this is not a joke.. Now the Lancer will be OEM to Proton soon and to replace Waja.. The good news is that there isnt much big changes and you get to drive this Mitsubitshi Lancer with GEMA engine at a lower price....aiyo..u can just plug off the proton badge and put back lancer one lor.. I might need this to tackle some lala gals.

So at the entrance you will bump into some China made car. Yes.. This is FLORID.. yes you dont have to get RID of the FLORIDE..This I tell you is a true China patriotic car... Tibetan Qigong

You gotta be kidding me...

Ahahaha... After much persuasion from my boss and her wife. I finally went for a session of Tibetan Qigong today. The class is not cheap at all @ RM50.00 for two hours. Loads of bullets gone.

Now what the hell is Tibetan Qigong.. of course lah origin from Tibet and not from Kota Bahru.. Common sense mah right? Its main vital functions evolve around QI and the use of qi for healing energy and increase your wisdom and intelligent.. wow.. sound perculiar.. why? aint your body and mind and soul are inter related all the time? I knew I had lots of blockage due to ice water flowing through my throat.. late night sleep and unhealthy eating habits. Despite being constant in some cardiac or pounding the miles.. it is not going to make the score. Your internal functional organs need healing and vital process of live all the time.

So I set my feet and Wisma Mirama. Lotsa of elderly and very little young ppl lah.. young ppl that is goodlooking is even harder to find.. except when I turn up today..and that is about to change.. :p There were a boy with leukemia for two weeks and that fellas now is back to normal stage now.

I have seen my lady boss use to be very tired and frustrated at works. Now she could smile and talk to me at 4.30 in the afternoon with sheer energy and Joy.. her skin texture and face glowing..

Yea.. my boss too... the Dunhill fler.. those day his skins can even make square eyes for the t-rex. now that has changed too... his skins look healthy.. his face muscle lifted.. use to be he got no backside one but now very firm one that fler backside. Ahaha..

I have been an advocate of deep breathing for health and qi is the energy that definitely play a huge part in our life..

There is however the practise of Tibetan Qigong believe that the grand master or the sifu himself that has high level of qi that can transfer to you for you to use lah.. How convenience isn't it? wELL, this parts would put lotsa ppl to skeptism but so far it works for lotsa ppl attending this qigong class.

Master Suolang Yixing intro to you the Snow Mountain Qigong or whatever it is...

The class start with aerobics exercise and he has great liberal approach to link modern life to ancient qigong practise. Wow..there is song like YMCA and hot contemporary songs as well. You could witness lotsa energy in the elderly and they had benefited from the class.. not like some of the qigong class where you see 30% of the ppl actually play to the tune.

So what is it like for the first lesson for me. Yea, I feel the Qi, when upon seeing how this grandmaster choose the place for this Qigong class. I am sold that this guy is good. It took him sometime to find this places for the qigong practise. My fingers use to be damn stiff..now I am typing tirelessly without any pain or stop at a moments. I feel the vibrant in my fingers and the energy now. Rubbing against my left and right hand is so smooth and I know the transformation is there.

I think I will resort to twice a week for the month to come along with my other exercises that is incorporated in it. Oh... I feel the smoothness and tenderness in my breathing noW..it's just hard to explain... It's just wonderful!

oK ... it was Stephen wedding day today. I think they did it already in Singapore but today one is more for veterans ppl in KL lah..and there were really really veterans u know...Lotsa elderly and should be relatives for their parents close frens. So only few lengchais like us around lor. 

So we were seated with some nurses which is frens of Stephen's mum. Stephen mum was a nurse in Tawakal Hospital but today she told me she worked part time only now. She is a very sweet lady and gentle too and very fun to chat with. I still remembered last time I used to bump into her while taking bus and she is friendly to chat lah. Stephen's father is a typical chinaman bit.. a cab driver but dont know retired already or not.. maybe now a CSI agent...

I had not met Stephen for ages and when I receive his call few weeks ago .. I know it got to be the wedding liao...ahaha.. Thanks for the invitation bro. and do your duty as a man and make your daddy and mummy proud.. Shag, shag..shag kaboom.. can't wait to "pou sheun" lor. 

Stephen is know for his witty intelligent last time in our group. He is a very hensem guy in our group too with that cute dimples and occasionally shy. He eyes are rather introvert but his brain is not. Therefore he talked to you without his eyes looking at you but you know his brain is sending out signal .. I am watching u. I remembered we use to cycle lah. So he got this chopper bicycle which is Front small wheel and rear big wheel one. Those were the days. 

He always said he can't feel the holy Ghost and can't really speak in tongue. but occasionally he does. Such a interesting struggle to love God and be love by mankind..ahaha.. at least now he found his true love lah. Those were the old church day lah. But Stephen is a nice gentle and steady man. Oh..don't sit beside him when watching funny movie or someone cracking some crazy cracker jokes.. He got this penyakit.. he will wack your shoulder till kingdom cometh. 

There was this long lost brother by the name of Chai Yu Yin who admired his wittyness and therefore always set to argue with him. But Stephen are just pure German fler.. will like to present his reasons but arguements are very unpleasant for his vocab. 

Somehow sometime he is rather evils and that cheeky smile face said he wants to play tricks liao..but only once in a blue moon lah. But at least today I respect him lah as he remember friends. Cool dude!! 

Oh.. Happy Honeymoon to Spain and Portugal. 

oh..and here sister Stephenie.. yea..was a pretty lad and I love her pair of big eyes couple with that gentle smile with the siblings possess it from their mother I think. It tell all over her eyes which she cannot lie. Hardly could hide that emotion.. yea..the eyes is the windows of the soul.. too bad her window God make it so widely open lah..ahaha. I remembered last time I asked her to join Albert's new form church and she actually come and join ler. I was rather touch and happy.. She played wonderfully on the piano. Yea.. I still remembered she played that Yanni pieces.. Oh.. there were one day where she play Aerosmith I dont want to lose a thing that simple piano tune.. it was such a simple tune but she did it well. Yea..she have to soul in it.. Thank you for those wonderful and recollections of good memory time. I really appreciate it. 

Oh she has this unique voice too.. however last time when she was small ..she always lau kai one at home and pretty garang. Then later jadi baik lah.. I remembered she use to tapau rice for her dog lah.. I think she could be a very good portrait for a bizarre sad face when she had that red eyes with tears.  I think I could photograph it well and won Pulitzer or Nobel prize.. :p 

Beside than the four nurses, there were two other ladies which is Form Six classmate of Stephen in St. John. We were talking about hospital stuff  and I bragged lah how my operations last time blah blah.. to keep the ball rolling.. then came James said his wife also work in IJN.. Institute Jantung Negara.. 

Then one of the ladies which is Form Six classmate of stephen said.. let's address and A and James as J...

A : Oh your wife work in IJN. BLAh BLAH... 

J : mY wife blah blah blah... I myself is a doctor too.. *

*something fishy is going on here. Three of us pause for like  0.03 seconds to cross examine in our mind.. Immediately...Syntax Error.. 

A: oH.. my husband is doctor also you know in IJN.. what's your name and blah blah.. 

J: Me? My name...

A: Maybe my husband know u...

* Now all three of us eyes are waiting for the answer of the decade..

J: Me... I'm Dr. Love... 

AIYOOOOOO..... I tell you...damn kau funny man..I laugh like hell... 

wah..continue some other time lor.. time to tidur liao..
