I need to feed myself some reading. Get this two copies from KLCC Kinokuniya few days back. However was trying to get Daniel Running Formula but tadak.. just settle with this lah.. so the first few chapters of motivation which I do not need.. then just read thru to see some element of surprise.

wAs trying to see what Robin Sharma gotta said in this new book in story form. Saw it at the counter and grab a copy. Well, just read on the first 3 chapters already. Lotsa history relearn basically.. hope to get some profound useful knowledge from these two books at least..

Gotta get down to a smarter budgeting as well.

Lately has been seriously putting to thought what kind of property I want to acquire. Perhaps a decent place to have of my own or maybe just acquire and rent it out. Still saving enough bullets to execute this.

While on the other hand my sports activities does some how chunk enough of some $$$ especially discovering that high mileage run will wear out the shoes damn fast as well.

So average shoes been said to clock 300 - 500 miles run...that is like 400 - 600km of run..

Wow.. suppose that is true..then training for PBIM seriously need to get 3 - 4 pairs by then.

I was keeping quiet about my Asics gel 3000 recently. well, stability shoes perhaps is not that suitable for me ...especially this model lah.. though get a decent discount at ISETAN KLCC, yet I think I pound a lot on my frontal feet..

So the support on the front is really sucks on this shoes.. honestly has not been quite enjoying running in such rigid shoes.. so before I get myself more injury and slower recovery.. or perhaps getting a paralympics wheel chair will cost even more latter.. so I better consider other options.

So today after finishing KLCC run, check out the regular ISETAN place with Yoke Teng. She claimed she no longer lala.. but didnt see her deny the F.F. signatory. :P So was looking at Supernova glide.. only size 8 available.. Gel Kayano 15.. not to bad front support but the edge end seems to be lack the stability.. wtf is wrong...ahahaha...

then as was moving away from the 50% discount session.. then FF said why not check out Brooks again. I felt that the name Brooks is so much synonym to feminine.. Not like ASICS so cool.. ahahaha...

then checking out the ghost, adrenaline and also the Gycelin. The G7 was available with 30% discount.

So go and try lah...

WOW!!! its perfect for me man!! YES.. I feel so natural with this pair of shoes.. good overall cushioning and also felt good running in it.. I am gonna feel good running in it..

bUt haven't buy it yet as need to think really properly before buying it.. but most likely I will be running with that shoes in KLCC this Thursday if no other element of surprise set in.

Really want to avoid as much injury as possible.

I text Mr. Lim few days ago asking him when wanna get the Roadies.. He didnt reply..

Thought he could sidetrack again this time. Mr. Lim has been wanting to get a bike since when I gave him a ride on my bike almost like... OMFG!! that was like almost 20 years ago man!! WTF...

He ended up buying his first kawasaki bike... then his kenari...then the elegan scooter ..and now the current wira.. WTF... havent even buy a bike yet!! Last time I will be very kind to him lah..say nice word.. never mind lah.. this time no give face...kasi taruh sama dia..

he came by my office today in the late evening and was discussing about RB. he himself actually got buy magazine geh...

Ngae : an inspiring runner of passion

I never met Ngae. just that know that he was famous in the runners circle and always full of passion for ppl. and ran barefoot.

when i first heard about ngae.. I was still hot over cycling and procrastinate running. Then I thought someday I will bumped into him. I think I did in one of the running I guess.

Of course it was his ironman participant that get me curious about him. then much was read about him. He is an inspired figure.. though we never met face to face.

News was broke to me by Dinesh when we were on the way walking to Stadium for Thomas Cup final. I was a little bit stunt and sad.

Was following up his surgery and all that and thought he will recovered from the surgery and make a great comeback to the running scene.

Another great loss in the running circle and I felt it is really untimely.

R.I.P. Ngae..

for u have rubbed it a little on me... a few more steps that I endure the agony. and inspired that paths that we took to conquer and rejoice in the passion of the sports.

We will miss you forever.

photography fundamental - to click or not to click

Last two weeks after touching my camera for awhile.. seems to get the chance to shoot again in Cameron Highland. It was a nice moment and am happy that I was able to shoot a few shots of bees busying with flowers.. its just a 90mm macro lens. wish i have the 180mm and the macro ring flash. that could be fantabulous.

A few years ago, I saw a family who are nikonian with damn gorgeous pure macro lens and stylo ring flash.. the three daughters each have their own sets of nikon and macro lens cun ring flash. I wonder that makes this family out of it... so devoted to nature macro life!! So authentic to the max!!

Well.. too bad I had sold couple of my beloveth lens.. anyway.. someday in the near future when the price is dropping and when my body decide to quit running and cycling.. and blah blah.. perhaps when I have decent exposure of cash.. I will get some nice decents set to play again.

But still I have some stuff that I can take decent pictures with.

So I was browsing through some pics and especially Steve McCurry with updated pics on his website..man. that guy has such intinct for photography that literally want u to soak up and ask what next after this pictures..

That is real sense of photography.. it makes u wonder..

One of of biggest ambition when I was small was to become a war photographer. That ambitions linger quite a long time become war helicopter pilot second or or commercial helicopter pilot also can lah.. black hawk down..

I think war photographer is a noble task. A picture tell a thousand words.

Anyway, that dream didnt materialise but else I will somewhere six feet under in Kandahar, Tel Aviv, kurdish swarm or had my neck slice in youtube with our ski mask frens shouting Allah is Great.. WOw.. its has gone too vivid.

Again, I dont hesitate to shoot any pictures despise some think it is against conscience.

I am not saying being caught cheater or double time kind of situations. Those are pre-selective motive in shooting.

I am saying shoot as it is....

Come to think of it the framework and how we feed our thought and structure it can be seen through photography lessons.

Incident 1, I can't remember what it was already.. but my friend keep on saying dont shoot..dont shoot.. I was rather surprise as how damn sensitive he is about that situation... so to me he is so protective over himself and could never expand out of the horizon. This people will never understand speeding at 220km/h in a long freeway that say 60km/h which makes no sense.

Incident 2, This was at the waiting harbour in Manly, North of Sydney, where I was trying to photograph two old ladies that were supporting each others.. One was a bit fragile and old which need a hand from the other lady partner..

Surprisingly, my boss suddenly asked me not to shoot.. I am really curious... then he said people will feel inferiority complex. Wow!! I was taken aback.. you see how perception and our conceptual thought influence how we process our thought about a given situation. We are after all a perception from the windows of our world which immediately is the line of sight - our eyes.

Do I regret not capture that pics? Yes, I am.. I think that will be the most beautiful pictures I had even capture.. probably it will meant a very good friendship photo in my collection.

So you could see how such culture itself especially my boss was so stinct by his own ego.. go own to blind his sight..

What do u want to do with ur photos?

5 to 10 years from now.. do u think this pics mean something to u?

Lets not get too carried away. I am a advocacy.. that shoot what u want and what u needed to..you will never regrets it.. after all in a digital world, you can always delete it...

Not so productive weekend..

I woke up this morning about 10am..

On the pc and already saw ppl finish the Larian Bomba or doing the upcoming NST route 8km in a very stunning timing..

So wtf am i doing?

Gonna run this evening for sure.. before that meet up with a customer that jumble up a bit my timing lah..

Then afternoon the Lala mui Yoke Teng sms me running at KLCC wor.. Wow.. I thought she got something on today lah..

So good lah..

at slightly after 5, ... another of those Malaysian time ppl lah... picked me up and off we go to KLCC.

Frankly the sky is still drizzling in my part where I stay..As he head down to KLCC, there is no rain there...Viola..

so we ran lah.. then hor just before we kautim one round. hor...

niasing the rain start to pour man..

We had to go under the shelter... so damn heavy.. it rain cats and dogs and the small shelter also we keep on kena rain lah.. WTF..

So about 7pm also the rain havent subside...

Then we decided to call it a quit lah..

sigh.. what is this man? raining season already in the late evening?

At least one loop better than none.. so unproductive..

Target to crunch 50km mileage next week.. rain or shine? shall we?

A name that to me women of slight scent of women either from the evil side or do know how to carry herself. Remember this alien movie V that TV3 used to air.. the evil alien of evil side ...her name is Diana.. ahaha
