Finally.. I got a roadbike!!

Yea.. I was diligently looking up bicyclebuysell when I got time.. Macam orang gila saham.. naik kepala I tell u.. day in day out glueing to this site waiting for the right fish to bait.. or perhaps i am the fish waiting to be bait. 

Yesterday I had a very long day fixing customer stuff in Klang until almost 2am..reached home 3am liao.. then U know lah 24 and heroes just came up new series..then cook series until 4 something..then customer call..wow.. i told the customer they could call me 24 /7 and they really honor it..

Then today wake up also blurr 2 at 10am.. then login to bicyclebuysell.. then tetiba nampak a trek bike 1200 SL for sales with full Shimano 105 groupset.. going at a quite decent price.. Beh tahan jor.. then contacted that fler thru sms... oh... that bike is in IPOH!! IPOH.. 

Sap sap sui...2 hours drive only mah.. So I supposed to teached Dinesh to swim today in the evening..turn out I asked him to follow me to Ipoh to secure this bike.. was suppose he wanted to sell to another fler who agreed one but thru post lah.. I said I can come up to Ipoh today..so he called that fler to confirm..then priority was given to me.. 

So off I drove to Ipoh with Dinesh and we stopped at Bidor for wan tan duck mee since the meeting  time is after 7.30.. 

We went Jusco lepak for  awhile and at 8 something we meet at the McD car park near the toll plaza.. Wow..this was a classic frame.. so the geometry ada lain sikit lah.. Then in the end, went to this seller and his fren house to pasang the pedal as it was included as well and adjust the seat post... ok lah.. saddle can sit at a comfortable position..then secure the deal eventually. Thanks to Zir and Amir.. 

This bike is not all that red actually its metallic red and orange color.. there are tend to 8/10 lah for this bike.. So now I should have enuff time for the PD tri training... 

Aint you love the roadbike.. it just cruise so fast.. I hope Koh can do a good job to help me kautim the adjustment for everything.... 

secondhand bike

I have been obssessively browsing bicyclebuysell since I want to look for a roadbike. However, these day it was really ridiculous as most of the sellers think that bicycles are such a hot commodity or it was an item like wine as it aged, it become more valuable. 

There are some that sell also way above the price of bicycle shop too.. most of it are complete bike lah...especially referring to roadbike. 

Lets say for example a merida 901 which sell at RM2100.... so what does it justify me to buy at RM1800 after it was one year old and eventhough it was new. It is only RM300 different.. and some of it also sendiri add this and that also rojak wanna fetch a great price.. So you will see the ad keep coming again. Unless those ppl who are not familiar with bike..then kena lah.. Sure there are cases. but majority ppl are wise to judge lah.. 

There is one super duper deal which the fler need money urgently ler.. I am looking for cases like that lah..ahahha :p ... 

So boil down to that...since the PD tri is months ahead.. so I will just diligently wait for a chancelah.. if not by september no choice has to get a new bike liao..sigh... which will put a hole in my pocket again...after all, it will be use for a long time anyway.. 

Anyway one urgently wanna sell ROadbike...? :p

Lets talk about some series

oK ..Watching series is very easy these day for me. Just a click away and less than one minutes, I am glued to the 24 inches.

I ran into 24 about 2 years back when a Japs fren of mine ask me to buy that time the lastest season 6. So in order for me to actually making sure those pieces of DVD are not defective... so I watch every single one of them..From them on, the marijuana kicks in. I chase back to season ONe....and going to work as a Jack Bauer. This is the longest day of my life. How interesting! So this new season is not as good as previous one IMHO but they tend to be some nice surprises. So every week wed nite I will wait for the new update...except for last week I was outstation..So I keep it on Saturday nite as a good reward. This unique counter terrorist that feature Keifer Sutherland is one of my favorite by far. CTU, Tony Amelda, Michelle, the banging of the steel as it feature the word 24...all this will run inside my head for a pretty long time. I think the casts of 24 are very good indeed or maybe being a counter terrorist movie really doesnt require a lot of different emotion. That much of a capacity... not much sense of humour...and intense moment. Go start 24 if you havent got into it yet...

HEROES
Last week it was Earth day. Yea.. and the DJ in the radio station are pretending to be mother earth and talk to ppl who called in...it was a nice playrole as the DJ "motherearth" being very cheeky put you into one hellavu great laughter... So one nice one at the end was perhaps... How are you going to safe the earth.. how are you going to safe the world... as the DJ wrap up one of the call ...he said..Let safe the world.. safe the world ...safe the cheerleader...safe the cheerleader..safe the world.. I just could not resist this sudden spur of humour I tell you... Only when I got my 24 inches lately did I go and start season one.. actually I got it more than a year ago and I tell myself that I am going to start watching once I got my 24 inches.. and I did.. so again it was long marathon but not as crazy as 24. I took some sweet time to wallup it..
There are so much bad rumours about season 3 man.. but actually I kinda like it you know. I think it just got excited. I dont care about the debate being how flaw the characters had been.. to me the fun just got started. Perhaps my days of eclipse had stood still and never go away recently.. I begin to miss those moment but it is good to live a normal life.

CSI
I just click on the latest season of Las Vegas.. blardy pathetic.. Warrick the maggi hair character has to die. somebody has to die a patriot death somehow... I actually learn a few tricks from CSI in dealing with customer.. To be specific.. I learn from Jim Brass..

There is one time when a suspect was question by Jim Brass and the suspect begin to sing... So Jim Brass looked at him and said " Do I look like Paula Abdul to you?" Like it or not, the writer for CSI are ppl who could be so filled with sense of humour..dry or not.. I think they are the hippies wannabe if they were born a decade earlier. I just love every of those 70s or 80s songs that they retro in the movie..

ok.. I guess I got to stop blogging now..there are other matters to attend to..

Monday Blues..

I didn't go to office today as I want to settle one more issue with my saman that forbid me from renewing my roadtax. So I called the lady at Ambank and said that there was a case back in 2002 which I need not attend to the court. This is Judge Boon here talking..I AM THE LAW... turn out to be now AYAM TELUR... 

So off I went to JPJ lah... then got the number but cannot oredi coz 15 minutes more to lunch time.. and there was no ppl there u know..ahaha.. wonderful..

So what did I do.. well, I sold my Emoblitz flash today.. lying around for ages which I hardly use also lah.. after that, I picked up Dinesh which need assistant as his car was in service center.. 

Then he followed me to JPJ... so my number oredi passed liao as it is 3 something liao mah.. So got into this damn small cubicle which is smaller than the confession box. So the officer in charge asked me whether I want to resaman.. or do I want to go appeal at the court.. I dont fucking care.. I just want to get on with it and paid my saman and get over it as soon as possible.

I was kind of blurr.. he said the saman payable is RM300.. I said can discount ah? then he said nanti dulu..then he said this one too long liao year 2002.. then he drifted off somewhere. I think he was "multi-tasking" at the same time. Got a phone call and was scribbling some details from someone which I do not want to go into details. Leave it to your imagination capacity. 

Then he was back to me again lah.. so he said whether do I want to appeal in court. I said I want to get over this quickly.. and he said he see what he can do.. but no promises.. but he said if can pay the saman, then pay.. if cannot then have to go court.. 

Well, he passed my case to the counter lady, within minutes.. I thought RM300 also pay lah no choice.. So she copped my paper KES SELESAI.. and said RM120.. then i paid and I was still blurr.. but I could understand later lah.. Maybe she forget to print the receipt.. Well, I leave room for benefit of doubt here... Anyway this is Bolehland.. I shall entertain no questionairre pertaining to this case over here :p

Hope I could get my road tax tomorrow....grrrr....

oH.. the best part is PD triathlon has been postponed to October. It leave me a very good time for training then. So hopefully I could grab a decent roadbike by then.

i was away for Terengganu for few days for machine installation and training. Nothing much to do except for loiter in the exhibitions while the eager customers are all out to promote and make some $$$ from the carnival.. Well, I have to follow the game plan and not until midnite do I went back to hotel and sleep.

So on Saturday, I intend to leave K.T. at 3pm and the customer insist of taking me for sotong goreng tepung by the seaside... Well, not until 6pm only I was able to depart back to KL lah...

So the road to Kuala Berang and heading towards Kuantan was approx 170 - 180km... I was riding fast and miss the junction at one point.. silly me....then most of the time clear off the lorries and was flying 130 in these old trunk road.. well, is it the Iswara Sedan that is good or just plain me has been able to slow down time and speed with my radical sight again..further improvement.

Well, not too long when i was getting dark after 8pm, i saw a car that parked at the side and there was a cow that was hit and down by the road side. .Poor fler... pukul berapa sudah tak mau balik...

Wow, I was thinking I got to slow down a bit before I hit one.. So upon some less visibilty slope and corner... I grabbed the brake a little.... wow there were indeed some cows still by the roadside.. are they following city lifestyle and sacrifice their quality time at home?

Then after another 15 mins of ride..I was tailing two cars for about few minutes..and I maintain some distance to avoid unnescassrry collision.. So there was this soft corner...as the two cars just main momentum and passby...there was this stipud cow... yea...damn bloody stupid cow actually begins to cross the road.. You are not invicible or Michael Johnson dude... I was so damn luckily that the other side of the road was empty with the car from opposite direction are still far away... I managed to make clearance over the opposite traffic side road... Damn stupid cow which almost cost me anything.. It was a really close shave..

Well, now begin to chew on it..until the cows come home.... now that is something that I could begin to understand the meaning of the ancient clause...

Outstation again..

bEen a long time since i rode for few hours outstation... right now I am sitting at the exhibition hall.. The customer's staff are so edequate that I just laid my hand off easily with little guidance. hoW convenient is that?

A day of reckoning.. how I wish it wasnt true

Tough day for me as I need to pay up lotsa thing...

First blow is the con website job..

Then now is ownself padan muka lah.. my saman list panjang.. My new Saga 5 pcs... old Iswara 12 pieces...of course the old Iswara is not just my contribution alone lah. 

So I cant renew my roadtax so I have to pakai shortcut to get discount as the amount is unbearable.. Off to Bukit Aman ... then some cannot get discount ler.. so a sum of RM1480.00... 

That could earned me a very decent holiday and a few years old good roadbike.. All down the drain.. and couple with this month car insurance, road tax and monthly installment... 

I am a broke man this month.. ahaha..

So you can see I am not the type that bribe the cops and never will. So somehow it teach me to be a more responsible driver...:p 

Well, today finally ex-colleague bought a merida 903 road bike lah....oooo... how I wish it was mine...

I am still hunting for a second hand stuff..

In search of new road bike...

So there goes my dream of my SO CALLed BELOVETH... which I am so poetic about that I wrote such a emo poem dedicated to it which end up just a scam... WTF!! 

Anyway, found a road bike and check it out at just now at Seri Gombak... initial publish price was RM1800 ...wow.... then that fler said it was RM1400 lah.. so after much research and I got bad feeling about it lah...but still lag  myself to see how the roadie like lah... 

well, that fler manage to skin it thin, and according to him 8kg..yea.. I think I could identify that... but only 16 speed and cheapo groupset which some decent upgrade has to start all over again and could cost at least RM1500.. and the frame is cheap in Taiwan...

So I think my best bet is still taking my sweet time to wait for ppl selling between RM2000-RM2500 for a decent bike and decent groupset... 

But I tell you tested a bit..the ride is fast man.. damn..how will I need to squeeze my energy later at the trialthon... 

Today got Derrick to renew my insurance and roadtax..the mati date is 20th which is on Mon.. so fast ler one year liao...4 more years to go..sigh... 

Anyone wanna sponsor me a roadbike...ahem...EKEKEKEe.... I will buy you nice Japanese Buffet...

A good swim...

This is the second swim this week..

I wanted to sign up for the Bukit Jalil 3 months aquatic pool membership on Monday..but the person in charge is cuti.. ahaha.. then what else tak jadi lah.. then I went for a swim also lah.. but the pool had decided to extend it renovation and cleanin until 16 of this month.. well, this is not the first time they do things like this!! Few years back had the same incident as well...ahaha.. so efficient lah.. then there were some dissappointed souls that is coming from distance or not or time wasted... Malaysia Boleh!! Apa apa pun boleh...

Then I think this is delayed liao..so I went and swam at Tun Razak Swimming pool... Use to be the pool is quite dirty...but somehow it was ok lah.. So did and get myself to charge my rusty swimming motion again!! A simple 14 laps could cause a day of sore and pain!! WTF.. but remind yourself...pain is the state of mind ania...

Why I hate this pool? cause the water is not cold... and not as clean as the Putrajaya one.. and cold water you could swim much better... and you have lotsa rookies and new learner somehow you always crosslink into them.. 

But again it is RM2.00 ania per entry! And it is by distance much nearer to my office!! Second the water temperature could be as near to this on that day... and third there are some practise of how to counter with those humanoids that might pose as the human washing machine of the day!! Some blessing in disguise lah...

Today managed to kautim 30 laps in 42 minutes.. Only at laps 27 did I start to find that motion to swim immersely as before.. Only the not as strong as before.. yea... 6 years back it was laps 50 only did some little exhausting start to kick in....how I miss those day!! 

Well, now hope my legs would up to cycling tomorrow... Yesterday had a good run at Kampung Pandan which the virgin run did poise quite a challenge to the initial recovery...

There will be a chain of SYKPE generated messages and I got their link through skype. 

You will be so tempted to buy the products which are so many and chances are you will be so tempted at that rediculous price!! 

Then there is a online click chatroom button where you could talk chat with seller. He will infact give you his telephone number which is fake!! The phone number on the website also fake!! Try and see... If you could get them, it would be a miracle! This is the first pitfall. 

Then there would be only one person working by the name so call Mr King.. so he will be delighted to chat with you via Skype most of the time. 

So after given detail of transaction, you happily bank-in the money to the seller. 

What happen next it, the seller will proceed to give you a fake hope!! He will send you a copy of the COURIER slip with the seal and chop from courier service.. Yet should you trace online the tracking number... it does not exist!! 

However you still bear with hope and with doubt you queries the seller.. The seller will still reply you and said it is impossible and they delightfully check for you.. and later he will come back and assured you everything is ok.. 

Somehow this will linger for few days hoping the delay tactic will works on you!! Then as the suspicion rose... there you have it.. he had delightfully deleted you from SKYPE.. 

If you are those that has been conned by this website, I just got the Public Security Bureau Cyper Police number today .. a direct line at +008610-52173051.

Should you are chinese citizen in China who read this, Please help us to reverse my site to the PSB and do us a favour by reporting it as this scammers will only spoilt the name of China!

Virgin run at Kampung Pandan track

There are actually lotsa advantage that we Malaysian does not really take for granted or we could not find out more to realize it..

Well, the Kampung Pandan track is open to public for recreation run and exercises.. it is a good thing that even the time written is from 7.30 - 7.15...but as early as 6 something it is open for the public..

So instead of running at KLCC and pay that unneccary parking...I start up my training for running at Kampung Pandan track today. Managed a 3km run today...

So we got our DPM trying to make a clown of himself. 

Our PM Najib fler once mentioned about his father our former PM which make an effort to visit China when the rest of the SEA country still maintain miscommunication. So considered lah our Malaysia is the first to make the diplomatic tie with China at that era.. So when the Chinese Big gun came here for the meeting, he din visit the other flers in the current standing arena first... instead he visited the our late PM wife at her residence.. thus said Najib that chinese are a breed that remembered the good deed.. hmmm...

So Mr. DPM.. the question is.. are you talking about us Malaysian chinese that is not appreciative? Now, lets bear in mind and not cheat ourselves.Yes, someday if the collective agreement of majority in the country really have a common goal towards one Malaysia..fine..that is a great ideal...

until now the plowing of that work between inter culture has just begin at this amoeba stage..not even to speak about the infancy stage yet..we are after all still cari makan mah..

This is a Kodomo Bento..but it was not makan here!! It was like 2 weeks ago ...today din snap sushi lah.. we walap 25 plates..ahaha.. bill came up to RM60... 
So there was another promotion at the shanghai restaurant.. long de zhuan ren.. The promotion was RM1 for a whole chicken if come with 3 persons together!! Wow... This were side dishes that we ordered as well.. ahaha.. The siew long pau was soso oni.. i think esquire kitchen mid valley taste better lah.. is it? long time nvr eat there.. no kaki to eat siew long pau also..ahaha.. the mee was not bad but the goreng taufu kinda too plain and not crusty enuff..
hERE is the who chicken for RM1 ania.. ahaha... cheap cheap leh!! See the two monkeys so happen....where to find wor? RM1 aje... almost all the table sure ordered this.. even you dont want to eat also... you ordered and put there as deco..only RM1 ania.. OK LAH the chicken..edible..not too bad... But the dessert and other food price is way too expensive to savour. There was this table behind us..four fler in a family.. parents and one young primary school fler and one baby toddler.. They ordered the chicken..the siew long pau and rice ania.. wow..that is really good sense of economy yea....
however.. the bill still come up too RM 51.75 after the 10% service and 5 % gomen tax.. ahaha.. 

At least this two gluttony meal balance up my emo a bit.. now I am eppi lah.. ahahah.. 

oH.. i bought the Lavendar fragrance oil for the burner from body shop.. well, it cost RM17.90 lah!! damn...anyway, cheap artificial lavendar fragrance oil really really smell artificial...

EARTH HOUR

* Earth Hour... yea.... every one are hot about it!! No one is as hot as me.. coZ I had been printing this on the new VIper for a week before the event.. make me wanna puke looking at the design.. ahahah.. anyway, yesterday, the t-shirt maker who sent this image for us to print.. gave me and my colleague the finished EARTH hour shirt that he made from the cutpiece... Erm...actually I can print anytime...why dont you ordered us Domino pizza instead?
oN the nite of earth Hour.. my mum also joined the crowd the switched off the lights.. wow.. i tot she was conscious about what happen...Just minutes before I left at 8:40pm from my house.. she was talking to my dad.. saying the reason for the shut down maybe there was some electric short curcuit.... wow... I had no time to explain...ahahaha...

So I rode my MTB up Wangsa Maju but I could not see the KLCC lights off lah.. so I rode to sECTION 2 at the other corner to catch the scene..There you have it here KL without the KLCC and KL Tower lights and others main building and partook of the event.

Well, wait the minute... I still have my MTB...

So I rang out Koh to ask his opinion about joining the race with my MTB...

so I check out the average cut off time from the other website ..which could be doable for me I think.. Just that I need to make sure I finish my swim within 40 minutes...

Therefore, couple with shedding the extra pound real fast. There are few adjustment that is needed from my MTB..

First to change the tyre to 1.25 and perhaps the panaracer will do!! Time to change into clipless pedal and MTB shoe... well, hope that will help!!

Therefore I target will be :- 

45 mINUTEs for the swim

1 hours 45 minutes for the bike

1 hours 30 minutes for the run

So a total of 4 hours in the making...that is target lah...

Let's really see what is turn out to be yea!!

Finally adjustment of participation

After some discussion with a fren of mine.. I am making my final adjustment to focus on two coming events:- 

1. 10Km KL marathon   -  28 jUNe 2009

2. PD Trialthon - 11 jUly 2009

Had to forgo about training for 21km run my focus on training now is more specific on PD trialthon. Finally I can get to do trialthon after so many years of living..

Hopefully I can finish it lah...ahahah...

Are you going to finish strong?

I woke up by the ringing of my phone. I used to prank ppl in the middle of the nite and called people just to make sure they go for their midnite pee and time to wake up for shaolin martial art and 3 in the morning... 

At four in the morning.. I will called somebody and asked them to be at the soccer field by 6am.. Of course they are some revenge from ppl but they hardly could get on me...

Anyway that was like many years ago...ever since I have not fancy about phone or smses..those thrill are gone and in fact I hardly chat on the phone unless it is neccesary. These are the biggest changes.. as a result my phone bill plan is now maxis RM50.00...ahahaha... wish it could be much lower... :p 

yet... at ONE something..a customer called m e in a panic stage..relax moron... he need to rush off the printing as he will be celebrating the water festival in songkla... wow..that was like more than 48 hours away man..and yet middle of the nite.. he still panic... 

oh shit.. boon.. i think i break the sensor.. .well, i always have situation with this fler.. he panic..  this kinda fler you need to look at his eyes and said.. before i wack your balls up your groin... then he will settle down a bit. . kinda hyper tension I would say.. 

So at time I will just keep quiet over the phone.. and until he ran into a curious stage..only do i reply... 

sO It wasnt a big deal lah... so after some guidance he is back on track again. So much for the fear that he going to lose the trip... 

Anyway, somehow he makes me to ponder at some of the things that we face in life. I am right now going at a junction in my career.. either it pick up or die.. not to be that bad exactly.. just something the waiting is too long and the distraction set in and at time demoralising just kick in out of nowhere. but it should not deter me at this moment.. Just need to heighten up the focus and faith runs in.. there is always hope in life..

To talk about that.. I was thinking about riding bi

cycle.. when I rode on bike sometime. .I do remembered my old primary and high school mate who had an accident which almost took her life.. she told me about it when she and his husband.. which is also my primary school and high school mate.. yea... some of these ppl do end up together.. its call fate lah.. 

Anyway, yesterday she just left a comment again and reminds me on this accident that she had. yea..sometime it does come back to haunt you. Its like when you witnessed someone at the roadside that is covered with newspaper with pool of blood and the hand that is pale sticking out from the paper.. That will chill to your bone and cause you to drive a bit slowly. 

That is natural reflex lah.. Animal instinct as well. 

However, there is nothing wrong with riding the bicycle. When I first bought home the first MTB that was stolen.. i had hellavu lecture from my mum and garner my dad on his side to asked me not to ride to work. .anyway, these day my mum isk asking me...why are you not riding today? 

Ok.. I do not want to argue the other side of the coin.. I just want to say as liberal as I think it should be. .You shouldn't let that fear dictate you and if it does... you gotta kick in and see if that signal of fear is worthy to set in. Some feel it is worthy to linger in their life as that will keep that safe.. that is fine.. I respect that piece of mindset.. But I could not live with that.. To a certain point in life, I would not give up but keep fighting to overcome that fear that once set in.. 

There are lotsa ways to deal with it these day and mental healing has take a quantum leaps in all sphere life..  

Now.. it is true that it is not safe to ride in KL.. there are ways to many cars. but there are precautionary measure you can take.. 

1. Ride in a less traffic areas and if you are in high traffic area..do not jump into the area which the commuters such as cars and other huge vehicles that will have high percentage of losing control should they hit you..

2. Biking is safe and yet it could be dangerous..in this context you gotta judge for yourself.. some ppl had ride 40 -60 years and never met and accident.. some are quite prone.. Even Lance Armstrong are no spared from that.. In his autobiography.. he was asked about the traffic.. somehow he felt that those huge wheelers just have this evil grin that love to bullied the cyclists and it happened to him all the time!!

3. Wear enough safety gears. It is good to see bicycle sports picking up and due to the trends of safety that is hail since a few years ago.. cycling in the urban area is much safer.. First, always wear your helmet.. There is sometime where I almost could caught a fall, I could still feel I am at some safe point where the helmet is there to protect me to a certain degree. 

4. Of course, wear visible colour clothing is important too.. and the blink blink is the most important things in a bicycle.. I always make sure my blink blink is on all the time before i went for a ride..and check time to time at the traffic to make sure it is sure on and working...

5. You gotta know your bike well and service it regularly too!! that is the most important of it all.

6. If possible, stay out of high traffic area... and the worst are those high traffic and high speeding area. 

At such, there are not much place for us to cycle so far. Putrajaya is a decent place should you live around Selangor or KL area. and genting sempah to bentong old road is cool on weekend too. 

Well, trust me.. the rate of falling from the bicycle from self mishap is greater than being bang by car.... well, ride fashionably and be in control of your speed.. I just love the speed at time.. ahahA.. 

ok..are you hitting the bottom these day or something that overwhelm you and you wanna call it a quit..well.. take a look at this fler.. Nick Vujicic.. He is born in an extraordinary physics..and yet he the problems is he choose to live an extraordinary life...yea..ppl really see that as problem as most will just call it quit and thinks its normal.. so ironic.. that is just exactly what we think sometime..

We have a few new faces on the top line up in the county top jobs. Now the bad news is... as I was gearing up for a good laps today at bkT jALIL ... the pool is close until 12 April...WTF!! so I only get to train on next Monday onward...well, I could adjust to that..

New Training

My body is pacing its adjustment to this new weight for the past 3 weeks now.

The conditioning is good and moderation is good to adjust my metabolism. The good news is my metabolism rates has increase a little. Ahaha..

But the games suck big time.

So in few hours time will be my next motion plan for this month of April. 

I think I could very much surprise myself this time. 

No injury please...perhaps its time to seriously add the glucosamine into the supplement line up.. not being paranoid but being precautious... arrgggg..whatever it is ...I wanna go faster, stronger and higher lah... 

Genting Sempah ride ... killing me softly..

The earth has change it position now. The morning sun is up early now as the sunlight beam earlier at this month of the year. It's been almost a month since I ride Genting Sempah.

The ride was really really killing me softly.. on the way up, I could see lotsa small animals.. frogs, dogs, insects, cats... and much more animals was zap by the burning tyres of vehicles. And to one point.. I could see a flat tiny snakes body on the tarmac. Yea..poor little fler.. Hope I dont get to see snake.. yucks..for me..snake are so geli man.. 

Before you know it..I did see something curl at the sidewalk and the best part is it is moving a little bit.. as I turned my head and see..yea..it was a snake dude. About 30 cm long or more and perhaps about 1 cm in diameter.. I managed to warn Khor to hover to the right side of the road.. 

And one small tiny kuci pathetic monkey is trying to play with me...main garang..arrrggg...WTF!! 

There is a bunch of roadies from Klang today. There was this one particular uncles at 40's of ages panting to catch his group in front which had fled earlier on. He asked me where is the top ler.. I said 3kms more.. He said he is a rookie and even those klang- banting or klang - PD is not as torturous as this one. dude... this is what we call gravity man...the isaac newton's intelligence we are talking about here. Anyway, I am glad lah more and more elderly are picking up healthy sports rather than indulging in activities that robbed off and ripped apart their life. 

But still some wifey has issues with hubby riding bicycle.. ahaha.. 

But at least some good sleep yesterday really charge me up for this session. Only you feel it in your legs this time as it was rusty for a month already. 

wELL, still I managed to clock 1 hours 20 minutes. Yea.. however, this time as I am more familiar with the course and certain technical plan of riding the hill has been layout due to experience in congruence with know how of the place and the body adjustment. 

Guess the next few weeks I should be able to get on track again after few weeks of heavy loading of works!! 

The F1 for the first time I witnessed a total stop on the race. WOW!! The rain was sure heavy in Sepang.. I was hoping for more slipped off from the cars. But every drivers are being very cautious as they could registered tropical rain are not tha friendly. I was thinking...hmmm...Mr Khoo.. F1 without a finishing results...It should be bored to death yea... ahaha.. 

Night time managed to visit Derrick at Pantai hospital. Teresa for the past two days was admitted to Putrajaya hospital and discharge today..

Both flers had denggi man!!! You see..now you can see who practise more cleanliness and hygiene here?!!! ahaha

Anyway, the pantai hospital now damn cun...even it is shared 4 persons in a room..you get to have a tv of your own. Free wifi... PS3... OSIM massage chair.. nurses less than 20 years of age...pok pok chui!! Dont think they had boob job.. everyone are so natural. 

Derrick said should be all are natural. I asked how you know.. well, when they bend down to changes his tubing.. they just purposedly rubbed against his chest and his hand.. He said no silicone wor...
